The fact that spotloan calculated the payments better than others, adding additional to them so the loan is being paid off versus barely making a dent. Others just add the payment plus the processing fees and interest. That's what made them better.

I understand the name now that I've had the need to be spotted with financial help in my times of need until I could reach my next payday or across multiple to make affordable payments. I got the funds I needed when Spotloan said I would. I was able to pay off a bill with no problems. SpotLoan actually does drop the fees if you are a loyal customer and have had several loans paid off successfully with SpotLoan. SpotLoan actually does allow customers to return the loan money if you change your mind. They change your due dates when you ask to fit the customer's dates that they actually receive their funds into their accounts. They kept their word. I also noticed I had no hard credit checks that would drop my already low credit scores. SpotLoan is one of the best that is out there for those of us with terrible credit scores or no credit scores.
I paid my loan off a few months early but their payments and interest rate is a lot more reasonable than other loan institutions..I gave them a 4/5 which I think is fair and honest

I received a pre approval
I received a pre approval, when I filled it out I came back denied. When I called they daid the wrong birthday was entered to try again. I tried again and was told no because I had already applied with in 45 days. I emailed to get help and have yet to hear back

Do Better!!!!
I had a terrible experience…I got approved for a loan, and some of my banking information was incorrect. When I tried to reach out to customer service…they were closed for system maintenance. When I finally got in contact with a live person he told me I could apply the next day and I would get approved. The next day I applied and got denied. I reached out again…this is about a week after I applied to find out what was going on the representative a guy was very rude and combative. I reached out and got a young lady who told me they had received their funds back and I could reapply and I got denied again…called again and the lady said they hadn’t got their funds back and that’s why I got denied again she told me to wait and reapply again…I applied again and got denied…so I called again and the guy told me I have to wait 45 days to reapply…now I called again and I’m getting told the second approval isn’t guaranteed and its the system. My thing is they don’t tell you this anywhere in the terms and conditions or the privacy policy…they have very poor customer service and bad practices. If I do reapply again in 45 days I hope I have a better experience, and I wouldn’t wish what happened to me happen to anyone else.
