I tried to obtain my earnings several times then assumed I had been paid but was too slack with my accounts & forgot about them until checking to find they had paid nothing. I tried again several more times to no avail but then they closed, apparently ripping off many employees & interviewers & debtors. It makes my $192.00 seem insignificant! Isn't there any government agency in USA that chases fraudulent companies who rip off people?

I was not sure about the payout after the site closed down, but today I received my PayPal deposit for what I was owed as promised in their email to me before the site closed down. People were thinking they would not be paid for the surveys they did can rest easy, money is coming!

Vindale used to be a reliable survey site. Now, with only five days left before they close their doors, they're scheduled to steal thousands of dollars from their employees as they will be keeping all uncashed balances from active accounts. Their reps have made it clear that their contractors needed to cash out the minimum $50 before November 1st... Only they left out a few things. The last cashout date was October 21st. And as of October 14th, there were no more surveys left to take on the site. All attempts to contact them have been met with deactivated email accounts, non-responsive Facebook accounts or your user accounts on any of those platforms being deleted or blocked from communicating.

This isn't an accident or my individual experience. My balance was about $20.17. Dozens of other users reported the same thing publicly, with one gentleman only 75 cents from being able to cash out only he was left with no method to do so. With over 200,000 Facebook likes alone, if they were to take the amount of money I had from just their contractors who had liked their Facebook page, they'd be stealing over $4 million from people. Do not give them your work. Do not give them your trust. Complain and make as much noise as you can, because if you or I had done this to them, we'd be in a courtroom right now, explaining it to a higher authority.

Many of us that had earnings in our account were not able to collect because we did not reach the 50.00 requirement. We took the time and earned the money in our accounts. They should be liable to pay us. If I work at my company for 2 days and earn the money and quit the next day the company needs to pay us. Vindale should have to pay us out as well. It is not our fault that they stopped doing business. We need to sue them for what we are owed.

Like so many others, they scammed me out of $46 because they closed down before I could reach the $50 cashout threshold. This is REALLY bad business to screw someone when they are $4 from cashing out!

As well as being dumped from many of their surveys at various points in the exercise, I have found in recent months that the dollar amount earned is not being fully added to existing point total. Often complete $1.00 survey to get just a 50 to 75 cent credit to total. Also wondering where the $5 to $50 dollar surveys they tout are hidden. I've been with them nearly three years and have never seen a survey offered at more than $1.50.

I signed up just yesterday and already have dozens of emailed surveys clogging my inbox. Despite responding to almost all of them, answering several questions, I was not eligible for any of them. It was a total waste of my time with nothing to see for my efforts. I will be cancelling my membership immediately.

Received my first $50, worked my way up to another $49.78 then bam! Every time I try to log in, I receive the error "The membership system returned an invalid response." No one will respond. Very frustrating! AFTER DOING 100'S MORE SURVEYS I CAN'T SEEM TO GET THAT LAST 22 CENTS. ALL I WANT IS TO REACH THE $50 MARK SO I CAN DUMP THEM.

Horrible experience with them. First...had to consent to them collecting all my personal info and paypal link/account info. After attempting my first 3 surveys, got up to %90 finished when the page froze (on all of them). Tried refreshing, no luck. Tried going back to the email with original survey and it sent me to the beginning of the surveys on all 3! Spent 45 minutes plus 15 mins for signing up for nothing. Complete waste of time for nothing! Possibly it's a scam to collect person data to store and sell?? Either way I strongly suggest to avoid them.
