You can do other things though...

  • If you want to check your balance or top up your airtime using your registered credit or debit card, just dial 789 from your Virgin Mobile phone or visit Your Account on your mobile by going to m.virginecare.com or text ACCOUNT to 80150 for a link.
  • If you've lost your phone, or it's been stolen, give us a call on 0345 6000 789*.
  • If you're already with us and want to buy a new phone, call our team on 0800 952 2038. We're open from 8am until midnight, and we've got some outstanding offers and savings to tell you about.
