What are the steps involved in SafetySkills Red Cross or HSI CPR/AED/First Aid training?
Administrators assign either the Red Cross or HSI CPR/AED or CPR/AED/First Aid course to their employee's SafetySkills LMS account.
Employees login to the SafetySkills LMS to complete the online portion of the Red Cross or HSI course.
Administrators contact Single Source at 877-530-5990 or using the contact form below for information regarding the skills evaluation portion of the Red Cross or HSI course. Skills evaluation is REQUIRED for certification. Single Source offers both onsite classroom or virtual skills evaluation options.
Employees complete the skills evaluation portion of the Red Cross or HSI course and are then issued an official certification card.
How long does it take to complete the SafetySkils Red Cross or HSI CPR/AED/First Aid course?
The online portion of the course takes approximately 1-3 hours to complete depending on the specific course assigned. The classroom-based skills evaluation will be completed in about 1 1/2 hours.
