One of the most recist shop I have been…

One of the most recist shop I have been in Soo far. I was on a trip in Galway and went to a store of yours
(Tesco Superstore, Knocknacarra Shopping Centre, Shangort, Galway) I was great so badly my a colleague of this shop called Ragemon I Believe. He called security on us for no reason at all. Ruining everyone vibe. When we were just in to few non alcoholic drinks and grocery. Witch we where denied because we had an Indian passport. So disappointing in the Irish hospitality

Short shelf life on home delivery products

Really poor service got multiple items going off within 3 days of delivery including sausages. Home delivery seems to be an oppertunity to get rid of the food due to expire. Customer care didnt care! Basically told me go to store to get them exchanged/refunded (defeats the purpose of home delivery) Poor service from tesco

Cashier compared to self checkout

Fr Griffin Rd tesco...arent they supposed to always have 1 cashier open in addition to the self checkout? I go in there once a week and spend at least €60 and every single time I get attitude for asking for an employee to ring me up at a regular til. I know how to do self checkout but dont do it because I dont work there and like to try to help a human cashier keep their job.

Delivery drivers

Your delivery drivers are unbelievable. So professional, polite and genuine. They usually great me with a "Hi Sinéad". We chat while the delivery is being exchanged. Please pass this on to the guys. It happens every week.

Unfair pricing to penalise non club card shoppers

I live in the U.K. and now visiting Wexford in Ireland . I shopped in Tesco today( a Clubcard member for over 20 years) and I have to highlight the shocking pricing system Tesco uses to differentiate between club card and non Clubcard members .

Charges for basic food items like cornflakes -E6.90 and club card members E3.50.
Just imagine , in these difficult times , if a family with small children happen to shop cornflakes , they pay 100% more .
I would humbly ask the CEO and the board to look into this inhumane pricing .

False advertising

False advertising. Price in online app was much lower than when we scan the product in Wexford shop. We were told they can not do anything about it, so we bought 10 × product online for click and collect next day. Surprise, surprise - we were called an hour before the collection that the product is out of stock!!! Lies! Still on the shelf with different price. Ridiculous customer service, we even weren't allowed to talk with manager. They didn't try to solve the issue. Shame. Will report to CCPC.

Very helpful girl called Sarah

Shopping in Tesco in Rathgar and had a random number of Easter eggs. Sarah at the cash till advised of the offers and the discount available with the club card. I downloaded the app and came out with more Easter eggs at half the price! Sarah was so friendly and natural in her interaction with customers and extremely helpful. Tesco has one more loyal customer from my experience this morning ! Thank you Sarah

Never shop at Tesco Roscommon

Tesco Roscommon have changed there small service station to just cigarettes and lotto where previously you could also pay if you had a few grocery items. No more. You either have to join one of the main tills where you will join a line of people with full trolleys or the self service. Which I refuse to use. Overrun with self service tills and it’s obvious from my interaction there today they want people to use. Good bye Tesco Roscommon.

Call the store ( Holywell) for an over…

Called the store ( Holywell) for an over charged of Visa card and has been treated badly by the staff. The staff had very weak listening skills. The information repeated back from the staff was incorrect, when I told him that he got my information wrong, he put me on hold listening to music for a few minutes several time. Deliberate punished me for correcting his mistake for getting my point wrong. When other staff answered the phone, I was accused that I was shouting at him. Second staff asked me to calm down when it was not true. I surely didn’t have a happy sweet voice on the phone but the staff haven’t too.

50 euros was mistakenly taken from me, and I have to put up with staff who got upset very easily like a strawberry got damaged easily. My money got taken was not his concern definitely.

This was my customer experience trying to get my money back from Tesco.

Tesco shame

Today Tesco called the police, they were watching people come in on weststreet, it's ridiculous as west street are slanderous in the shop then they have the audacity to call police as police are racists just like people from drogheda racist and they discriminate gossip bout others, time tescos to do the job you were paid to do be doing' be quiet.' The police officer was a lady 5'4 perhaps blonde hair with either sallow skin from tan beds or fake tan with a little red lipstick on, stop the racism and predjudice in drogheda please by tescos and police don't let common people in starting abuse on other customers, staff do your job and help other customers ok stop calling racist police who should be catching paeodophiles and rapists instead of innocent people. I'm just disgusted at this horrible treatment by these drogheda shops and people it's very disheartening and shameful behaviour. Shame on all of you it's time you treat mixed cultures that live in drogheda much better.

In Tesco New Ross

In Tesco New Ross, at the Self Service checkout. The lady manning the checkouts (white blonde hair) was as always a delight. Anytime I have visited the store she is friendly and approachable, on this instance she could see me struggling with my baby and groceries and helped me checkout.
I also use the Click and Collect weekly and the staff members that delivery groceries to car are always friendly and helpful.

Some work needs to be

Tend to find regardless of time of day, shelves can be empty,
and definitely see the selection and range of product is getting less as store pushing more of own brand products which I dont mind as can bypass them if choose but please stock the shelves. I use the scanner and regularly it's very slow to scan and or machine down but staff in Roselawn always courteous.

I Try To Avoid Shopping in Tesco

Tesco is the only large supermarket in Phibsboro. Before you go into the door in the shopping centre you are approached by people begging who appear to be drug addicts. This does not happen in any other shop in Phibsboro and Tesco is in a shopping centre. You must use a clubcard to get a normal price on groceries but I have found groceries to be cheaper in Lidl Aldi and Dunnes Stores. Tesco do not have the same choice in groceries as Dunnes Stores has. Tesco normally has only one checkout open and there is a lot of pressure put on customers to check the groceries out themselves. Finally one of the conveyors belts on the checkouts is damaged ( I have never seen a broken conveyor belt cover before) a customer particularly a child could catch their finger in the unguarded motor in the belt.

Love the online delivery service which I think is really good value and convenient! The drivers are always really nice and helpful - have never met one who wasn't. You can change your order till the night before so really handy if you need to change it or add anything. I also usually find a range of slots available to suit. I would give five stars except that sometimes the vegetables could be fresher - not the same as if you were picking yourself
