This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with . It blows my entire mind they are still in business . They are complete liars and SCAM Artists. I sat on the phone for an hour with a loan officer doing everything he asked of me . He told me verbatim I was approved , I went over all the documents and bank verifications stating I was approved and signed them all. He told me I would be funded today by 5 PM . Literally as soon as we hung up the phone I received an email stating my application was denied when I have all the approval paperwork and was told I would be funded today! I mean I even gave them my debit card number which I found odd they asked for that in the first place . When I called them back to ask them why I received a denial email after being approved and told I would have the funds today, they would not give me a reason and said “sorry about that “ and hung up the phone on me . I am furious so called businesses like this exist they need to be shut down lying to clients and scamming people . Do not waste your time dealing with any of them they all have about half a brain cell

This place is a rip off charging 799.9% to people down on their luck desperately needing a loan. My son instead of coming to me went to these wacks who are ripping people off. I’m ashamed of their claim to be Indian sovereign protected. As a part of my heritage they make me sick to my stomach. Shame of you! You wonder why people are so strongly against your race and my dark skin when you pull this off claiming to be Indian protected to hurt people in need. You give all Indian Nation legit companies a bad reputation. People get Leary to even go near any Indian Nation owned companies. I as one am ashamed!

Green Arrow loans has been very helpful to me. This is the second loan I've had with them. Since then my financial situation has changed and they have worked with me and my monthly payments while I am going through this rough time.

I have been dealing with this company for over a few years now when I am in need of cash quickly. All payday loans have a very large interest rate but if you pay it off right away that's the best way to go so you can avoid the interest. I had an outstanding balance of $230 I lost my job in November of 2022 and currently have no income. I called today and spoke with a very nice gentleman told him my situation and that when I start getting unemployment I would make a payment. He said that he would waive the interest. I thought that was wonderful. After talking to him further about my financial hardship he said you know what I'm going to do you've been such a wonderful customer I'm going to write that you're loan is paid in full. I literally started to cry. I said oh my God you don't know what this is going to do for me. Even my own family can't help me when I need help. This has been a very hard year 2022 was the worst year ever. This company just made my day today I sent them an email about how happy I was with the service but they are always very nice over there I would highly recommend them

I've been customer off and on over the past several years.. The service they provide is incredible, we understand rates are high, but at the same time each person's circumstances are different that would require this type of loan.
They have been fantastic with me and I'd recommend without a second thought this company..

I am a “frequent flyer” with Green Arrow. Sometimes I need it and sometimes I indulge with it. This is the best payday loan in the business. Their customer service is excellent! White glove. They must have had Chic Fi let training—their staff could teach MANY companies how to with customer service! I can’t say enough. They’ve come to my rescue MANY times and they bought that handbag I wanted so much and bought that special Christmas gift. I am blessed to have found them and whomever owns this company and their trainers, management and staff—I hope you have profit sharing. I wish you all to be Billionaires. You have no idea how much you have saved me from all kinds of financial nightmares. Thanks!

Green Arrow is superior, they are efficient and they don't have the insane interest rates that some loan companies do. Once the loan is paid, it's paid and they don't make it an endless process. I really appreciate them!

I am impressed with their great customer service. Brittanie, whom I spoke with regarding a loan is very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable and made the loan process easy and efficiently discussed the terms and payments plan with me. I was able to have my loan deposited the next day. I know the interest is very high but I am thankful that I could get a second loan at a higher amount for an emergency situation. They give people a chance when others don’t. The next day, I had a concern, I spoke with Cindy, and again it was a pleasant and positive interaction. She was able to resolve my concern and listened empathetically.

I got approved for a loan and the woman took my account information and actually sent my funds to the wrong place! This is the worst place to get funds. Not only are they very expensive they are incompetent and the only reason I accepted this loan is I was promised funds the next day and when I called them they said it would take 5 days to get the funds sent back from the wrong account they sent it to. I was desperate and needed the funds when I was promised I would get them. Instead of keeping their word they tried saying they sent the funds to the account I provided. After looking at my account they found out they messed up. This is not the place you want to waste your time on. It was going to cost me 1000 bucks to borrow 400. Like I said I was desperate. If you go through these people make sure you speak slow and clear because I was promised the loan would go to my account and I even went over my information Again with her and they still messed up and I passed up another loan trusting these people knew what they were doing. There were other places out there guys just think about it before you trust these people. They DO NOT keep their word.

Very good customer service, money deposited in your account the next day. Also if you”re a repeated customer and good you can take out two loans at once although I would def not recommend. Again this is to be used if it’s truly an emergency bc like all of these loans it’s super high interest

Green Arrow loans gave me a loan when i couldnt get one anywhere else Their loans people and customer service are top rate. I called to check on the status of my lian to see how many payments i had left. Which was only one left and they said since I always paid on time that they would consider my loan with them as paid in full and wiped out my last payment nowhere else woul do that. I highly reccommend them

Greenarrow Loans gave me a loan when others would not. Sure, a short term loan and higher interest rate than typical loans but their interest rate was lower than other high interest loan companies and they have flexible repayment plans.

Definitely recommend if you need a short term loan over other companies.
