POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR Employee Concierge will serve as an internal resource and liaison to employees of the property. The Employee Concierge has a full understanding of the property’s service culture, initiatives, mission, guidelines and policies, as well as possess strong communication skills to accurately relay this information to all employees. All duties are to be performed in accordance with property and MGM Resorts policies, practices, and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBIITIES:
Provides internal guest service to employees by consistently demonstrating property guest service standards
Supports employees on the utilization of HR Access and Workday for both online and telephone access
Provides useful suggestions and recommendations to employees to enhance their employee experience through self-service, Workday, and HR Access
Acts as a liaison between the property, employee , Workday, and HR Access
Performs special projects as requested by department management
Performs administrative and clerical support related to other areas of Human Resources
Performs other duties as required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE :
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of guest service experience, administrative/clerical, or related experience
Preferred:
Bi-lingual
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: .
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail; ability to multi-task with the ability to be self-directed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer service skills
WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS:
Regular scheduled work hours
Must be flexible if needed for occasional work outside of normal business hours
