Then to top it off, you have people like Eric Hoa as your account manager that goes way above and beyond to assist you so quickly. Really appreciate this software and company!
These companies is terrible They charge me $79 while I was trying their free trial I called them many time for refund because I cant find load that fit my truck. My truck is too small Each time I call they tell me they will send refund requests But never I get my refund, why I am paying for something I couldn't even use this don't make any sense. I am surprised of so many good reviews these people received
I personally haven’t had a great deal of experience with using the app but can def attest to the customer service, which is excellent. I have dibbled with the directory where I (dispatcher) can view a list of carriers per state that Al have registered with 123Loadboard. That is a great feature when trying to grow your business. Thanks Chantel, who has ALWAYS provided me with exceptional customer care.
Chantel Da Cunha gave the best customer service experience I’ve had in years. She definitely helped me in every area and sum. I can’t wait to work with this company. I started the trial, but I’m definitely gonna continue to use this service. I surely will be recommending 123Loadboard to all the drivers I know.

Chantel made the experience very easy. She was very detailed and professional on showing me how to navigate between HOTSHOT loads and my SEMI Tractor Trailer loads.
She took time to introduce the Market Rate profitability for specific lanes for my equipment that is located on the load board platform

Be very careful, they ask for your card for a reason even for the free trial period. I asked for an extension of the free trial period and was granted. After the trial period I never logged back in, and I NEVER booked a load from 123 loadboard. However I was billed twice of the $79.00 plan without my knowledge I called asked for a refund of what was billed to my card and was denied!! I would not recommend not even the free trial period!!!!

THEY ARE A SCAM STAY AWAY ! Loads don’t get booked . I tried their 9 day FREE plan . Card still got charged and they would not refund me . Said only a credit for the month !! They just a FRAUD!!!
