I need to program/configure the Modular Switch Field and SAM-Chassis on my 13 Cascadia, this can only be done by Servicelink. Is there any other option other than going to a dealer and bend over? I have the diagnostic hardware interface, even Detroit Diagnostic Link I can see all the other modules in the software but everything except engine is grayed out.
ACCESS TO FREIGHTLINER SERVICELINK?

not Unless you or your company buy lots of trucks!!! I wouldn’t be surprised if one of the major players in the diagnostic computers don’t have a program for it. (Bosch, Mac, snap-on) but I’m sure it would have an extra charge to it.
My company has cut a deal where we have access to Service Link, but only for our VIN numbers.
Going to a dealer may be your only choice.ast26909 Thanks this. -

Yes, the Standard edition of DDDL does not have access, only the Pro version does.
The Pro version maybe available to approved shops, but instead of $500 a year, I think it's closer to $2,800 a year.
