Tijuana H1B visa stamping

My experience at the Tijuana US consulate was the best so far (compared to India and Montreal) - fingerprinting - Feb 13th, interview - Feb 14th and visa collection - Feb 15th. We had hired a travel agent/H1B expert Jorge Gonzales (San Diego Leasure - http://www.sandiegoleisure.com/TIJUANAVISASTAMPING.html).  He is very honest and reliable person and he will make sure you are confortable with the whole process. He will make sure he clears all your doubt regarding the immigration and border crossing before during and after the H1B stamping.
He booked the hotel stay, paid for breakfast, and travel to and from San Diego and US Consulate offices. He helped us right from calling a day before and making sure we have all documents necessary for fingerprinting the next day - sure enough we had wrong payment receipt which he found and we got the right one print out the same day. He picked us up directly from the Hotel in San Diego at 9:45am and we crossed the border via ReadyLane (VIP Vehicles only) where we didn't have to stop at all. We dropped our luggage at the hotel and left at 11:30am and were done in 30 mins. I went there with my husband with individual H1B (same company but different petition) and separate appointment, but they informed that you just need one application since you are family. So even if you have different petition but if you are married then they require only one application as family. We had the rest of our day for ourselves and we took a cab ride (I would recommend Uber to get around anywhere) to Revolution street. The next day our interview time was 9:15am so he came to pick us at 8:15 am, left the purse and phone with Jorge and went in at 8:35am. Inside the consulate they did the basic scanner check and gave us a single number for both me and my husband. At first counter - she checked our documents and passport, second counter verified the fingerprints and third counter - was for the interview. The gentleman was very polite and started going through the DS160 and passport and also was training a new employee.
QUESTIONS:
1. Where do you work and what do you do there?
2. Asked for employment letter
3. What is your base pay.
Thank you! your visa is approved.

We were relieved and out of the interview at 9:20am with approved visa. We went to Hotel Caesars (this is where Caesar Salad was invented) that day to enjoy Valentine's day and they even sang to us at the restaurant. The next day we left for Rosarita beach and had the visa pickup after 3:00pm. We got the passport with valid visa at 3:05pm and we left for San Diego. While crossing the border we went via the fast lane which we had to go across on foot for may be half a block. We got to the other side and Jorge picked us up and checked out passport and told us our I94 was not stamped. He asked us to go back and make sure we pay $6 for I94 and get the stamp. He was very informative and made sure that the visa/pasport/I94 work is completed as it was supposed to be. Lucky for us we found him and everything went smoothly.
My opinion is if you don't want to get stressed and worried its worth paying few hundred dollars extra to make sure you are back in US without issues. We will definitely do this again with him in next few years.
