Had an awful reaction to the shampoo. Itchy, inflamed scalp and my hair feels brittle.
I bought this through a friend of mine who sells this and now she won’t respond to my messages for a refund.
Do not recommend, I have never reacted to a shampoo like this before and am even fine when using cheap hotel ones! Please be careful and try a sample before spending a large amount on products like I have.

I have only used monat products for the past year skin and hair and I am so thrilled with the results.
I have combo oily skin and use the be purified line. I had extremely straw like, coarse and very thick hair and alternated between renew, vinegar & bond repair shampoos as well as the replenish, bond support and scalp scrub, rejuvabeads, blowout cream and the champ dry shampoo not to mention the holy grail product Rejuveniqe. It has quite literally changed my hair condition, strength & repaired very damaged hair as well as the skin care range my skin texture, problem prone areas, discolouration and I continue to personally recommend this brand because of my own experience, I have used high end products for a long time but never achieved the results I continue to have now. It’s been a huge reset for me and I am very proud of my journey.
It has definately given me my confidence back.

To start with my hair felt amazing but after a few months my hair snapped off, fell out, was extremely damaged and so dry, my scalp was very irritated and sore.
I contacted my market partner and she was not helpful at and just told me to deal with their support office.

I tried to help a family member by ordering products over a year ago. This turned into a ridiculous ordeal of orders being sent costing me hundreds of dollars, even though I would try to cancel. I even deleted my billing information yet somehow they continued to process it and send items. I have tried to cancel with no luck online, via email, and now chat. It has been a hassle with threatened charges, mentions of unfulfilled orders, etc. WHAT A SCAM. IF A FRIEND OR FAMILY ASKS FOR YOUR HELP - give them $50 cash as a helping hand and RUN FOR THE HILLS BEFORE YOU ARE TRAPPED IN THIS AWFUL SYSTEM!

Been using for 4 years. My hair is so much healthier, longer and thicker and I don’t have to wash every day any more! Even started using the skincare products cause I loved the hair products so much and they’re also amazing. Definitely recommend and the sales are great!

I started using the IR clinical about 6 months ago, I wanted to grow my hair and thicken it for my upcoming wedding. At first I thought it was working but now I realize I am losing my hair! I have had scalp irritation, itchy red bumps and now I have bald spots where I applied the serum to grow my hair. It had the opposite effect. I am totally devastated a month before my wedding. It looks awful and I am so embarrassed. I contacted the company for support and I have not heard back from them. Really disappointing they do not stand by their products or have any customer service skills. SO upset. Save your money and RUN from this horrible pyramid scheme company. Awful!!!

People, if you paid $20 to join Monat, and you want to cancel the whole thing, you HAVE to pay $20 again to end it. That is what I was told by my Monat rep. And if you are still interested in ordering Monat products, ask your rep to cancel the flexship and that you will order when you are good and ready.
Also, I see that Walmart and Amazon are selling Monat products.

I would give them a negative 1 if possible. I purchased three items through a friend whom was selling the stuff 2 years ago it did absolutely nothing for me now I'm constantly being emailed about a new shipment and trying to be charged for items I did not order the customer service is rude and doesn't care about what I'm trying to tell them. So disappointed that a company that claims to do so well would harass and not hear you out.

Flexiship need to be sorted a week before an office will send an email to let you know about it ( you can cancel if you don’t want anything). Hot tools are best I have ever used!!!

I was able to get rid of my extensions after 6 months. I had them in for 2 years but Monat gave me the confidence to say no more! My hair was well past my bra strap and very healthy which is not normal after extensions! I get compliments on my hair Daily. I am able to wear my natural curls for the first time in my life without heat styling. Their air dry cream is amazing, their oil is the best, their dry shampoo is the best I have ever used. I will never use anything else. I find it so unfair that people are writing terrible reviews because they didn’t read how a flexible shipping arrangement works. A lady I know has the best hair I have ever seen in my life and she has used nothing but Monat for 2 years. I think most of these reviews are other companies trying to discredit Monat. I am the most fussy person ever, I try 20 mascaras before settling on one so trust my opinion.

I LOVE all my monat products .. the rejuvabeads have completely removed my split ends! .. the eye Smooth has vanished my dark circles !! The Berry scrub has helped my acne huge amounts ! .. this brand is insane .. I will never stop loving them

Hello, I have been using these products for over 4 months and my hair is the healthiest it has ever been and it's also growing faster too. I have read the other reviews and am pretty taken aback at some of the negative reviews, especially the ones about having to use 1/4 of the bottle to get a good lather. Whoever sold Monat to that person didn't explain to them how to use it properly. Monat isn't just a wash and go, there's a science behind the products and in order for them to perform correctly they need to be used correctly. For example, the product needs to be lathered in the hands for 20-30 seconds until it's thick and creamy. I doubt that person was lathering correctly. What that person really needed was a good market partner who educates their customers and helps them troublehoot anything that they're not sure about. So word of advice, make sure you buy from a person that is willing to give you all the info you need, because it's a bit more a process than your regular shampoo and you'll need to be educated about it. Also, with the increased hair shedding, this seemed to happen to me too for a few washes at first, and my market partner explained to me how Monat works to remove buildup from the hair follicle and with this process some unhealthy hair may finally be removed that was otherwise being held in by a clogged hair follicle, and now healthier hairs will be able to grow through. I fully trust this process because after persisting I just have the normal amount of hair fall when I wash my hair and my hair has never been healthier. I have been using it for over 4 months and I will not go back to any other shampoo if you paid me. Monat really is the best, you just need to be open to being educated about the process, and for that you need a good market partner.

There are so many catches to Monat its ridiculous. They get you in any way they can and the customer service end of it is horrendous. My Representative accidentally pushed an order through after I asked her not o it was ny flexship order. She apologized and said customer service couldn't change it because it was already packed. That was 100 dollars I'll never get back for products in my cart I never put there I guess it's automated. I already have the products that were shipped. Also I was 19 dollars away from a free curling wonderful you'd think that would've been thrown in for my inconvenience. Also the "sales" aren't very straightforward I'd say not honest even. I'm canceling luckily I got out without the $19 dollar cancelation fee. Don't sign up it's a rip off.

I was told by two separate agents that I would receive a pre-paid return label since I cancelled my account and order. However, the warehouse still shipped my order and now Customer Service is refusing to send me a pre-paid label. This is the second time that Monat has forced me to pay for shipping when they were "unable to reach the warehouse in time". Seems like a shady way to save money to me.

Be careful with this company don't ever give your credit card number to them they run charges any time they want, I have 2 charges in dispute and they run one more even after they told me I am not a member anymore. And not to talk about products overpriced I really regret dealing with them.

The worst thing to ever happened to my hair. I had hair loss bad at the temples and nape which I asked directly before purchasing about this a after hearing this happening and was told this was only in USA products. I'm now on the mend to get back what I can I'm so devastated I don't think this is for everyone for be very cautious.

The shampoo and conditioner made me have major hair loss. I ready the reviews but didn’t believe it. I’ve worked with my dermatologist to help restore my hair. Wouldn’t recommend at all and customer service was awful. Monat should have refunded all my money. Shame on them. Don’t buy, it’s a pyramid scheme.

Being an X Market Partner I can honestly say this company is a scam. Not only the whole business model but the products are NOT clean, Vegan or all natural. Please Google AVC agreement Monat Florida Attorney General and you will see for yourself the reps in this company do not ever comply. The products are awful. Your hair breaks, drys out and sometimes with some people falls out. Do not sign up and do not use these products. I promise you will regret it to your core.

These products are full of chemicals or something that break and kill your hair. They get their sales reps to sell the product to you, convince you to continue using it, and then you're hair ends up dead and brittle. At least that's what happened to me and women in my community. It's taking me much time and money to repair and restore the damage done.
Then they sent me a package that I tried to cancel directly after, and they couldn't cancel it because they didn't communicate with the warehoue, so they sent it to me, and are making me pay for the shipping back. What a WASTE of energy!
