What do you like best about Verint Workforce Management?

It makes scheduling and staffing much easier. Automating time off and schedule changes has also allowed WFM time to focus on more meaningful tasks. It was easy to implement and the mobile application provides rep flexibility in requesting time off. Also the integration with Verint DPA makes it easy spot time out of adherence and what was happening during that time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verint Workforce Management?

We struggle with daylight savings time changes as it falls in the middle of campaign periods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wfm is real easy to integrate into

What do you like best about Verint Workforce Management?

Verint WFM is fairly user friendly, as a member of the WFM community for the last 20+ years I like the ease that end users have when using VTO to add to their schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verint Workforce Management?

I feel that Verint WFM is missing somekey features that could make it a better leader in the idustry. Too many of the settings are over all and not available to be set at an interval level in order to better forecast the required. It is also frustrating when trying to run reports for time off pools when you have them set up at a interval level and the reports only run at a daily level. What do you like best about Verint Open CCaaS Platform?

Verint WFM is so easy to use, it makes real time scheduling a breeze. It gives great suggestions on placing as many Advocates in the proper time slot to ensure we have maximum coverage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only problem I find (and it's really not a big problem) is if we choose to make the schedules static, you have to manually enter in all the times for each day that has been forecasted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Verint Open CCaaS Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Verint WFM has made scheduling and time off requests seamless and easy for the Adcovates to enter their own times. I can go in and do real time adjustments in seconds. Previously, we were using excel forms and hand written papers to keep track of many things. I can now go in and run proper reporting and check multiple times a day to make sure we have accurate coverage. Being able to see what has caused our Advocates to be Out of Adherence or any other situation has been such a help to me! Our Metrics have greatly improved since using Verint WFM.
