Logging in to sasktel.net Webmail

Logging in

To access sasktel.net Webmail:

  1. Go to www.sasktel.net (opens in a new tab).
  2. Enter your Login ID (your email address) and Password.
  3. Click Log In.

 

Troubleshooting

  • If you get the error "Incorrect username/password. Please try again," check that your:
    • Spelling is correct
    • Caps Lock is off
  • If you can't remember your password, see Resetting your sasktel.net email password using Forgot password?
  • If you get error messages, clear your browsing data, history, or cache (temporary Internet files) and try logging in again
  • If you're using a shortcut, favourite, or bookmark to open sasktel.net, try going to www.sasktel.net (opens in a new tab) (or webmail.sasktel.net) directly in the browser
    • You may need to delete the shortcut, favourite, or bookmark and create a new one
