Logging in
To access sasktel.net Webmail:
- Go to www.sasktel.net (opens in a new tab).
- Enter your Login ID (your email address) and Password.
- Click Log In.
Troubleshooting
- If you get the error "Incorrect username/password. Please try again," check that your:
- Spelling is correct
- Caps Lock is off
- If you can't remember your password, see Resetting your sasktel.net email password using Forgot password?
- If you get error messages, clear your browsing data, history, or cache (temporary Internet files) and try logging in again
- If you don't know how to clear your browsing data, see Fixing your Internet browser settings for links to browser support pages
- If you're using a shortcut, favourite, or bookmark to open sasktel.net, try going to www.sasktel.net (opens in a new tab) (or webmail.sasktel.net) directly in the browser
- You may need to delete the shortcut, favourite, or bookmark and create a new one
