Been trying to deposit for nearly a week, was told to clear cache etc then was told there was a technical problem that they're trying to resolve. then again on live chat was told cookies etc now they're ignoring me keeps saying someone will get back to you, they dont. Think I'm going to close the account seen as I can't deposit anyway

I haven't been able to access classic pools results on Pools website for at least two weeks. I can log in Ok, but that's about it. I phoned last week, and they confirmed there is a problem with website, but gave no indication as to when problem will be resolved. I'm surprised that if there is a problem that this is not highlighted on the website. Tried to access results on another site, but my virus software blocked it. An update from someone would be appreciated, please.

I am a long-term classic football pools player on their mailing
list,so ring in my forecast every week,rather than using the on-line procedures,which clearly can be problematical.
In every instan
ce the calls are quickly answered by
polite and helpful staff.A good rapport has been built
up,and long may it continue.A friendly human beats a computer every time!

I have been playing classic pools and lucky clover for many months but due to financial changes I had to cancel, I spoke with Colette who was very understanding and helped myself to cancel both memberships..Will rejoin when possible..Thanks once again Colette..

No classic pools results on website

I haven't been able to access classic pools results on Pools website for at least two weeks. I can log in Ok, but that's about it. Scammers i joined the classic…

Scammers i joined the classic membership and within 30 mins i canceled it because i read it wrong im not into sports betting i thought it was spins you get yet contacted support asking for a refund to be told cant have one.

And the comment below is a load of bull.. can you tell me the point of paying £10 to join a club when you get nothing free .. to get a £5 bonus i have to spend £10 so it is a scam and if you ever do give free spins what im yet to see it will be 3 to 5 spins at 10p which i would prob win 2p shame on you for scamming people.

Not for me……….

Maybe a bit biased as I lost but………

£20 deposit 20p spins, won nothing more than 9x and was finished in about 5minutes, when I open a new account I’ll take my first experience and decide if I want to use the site again.

The 100 free spin offer that they offer, I ended up with £3 from it, now I know you can lose but then there’s sitting through endless dead spins and when I do get a line it’s 4p wins. I wouldn’t mind but the fact I went through money like nothing on first experience makes me doubt the site, now I’m not saying anyone should win all the time as they say it’s ran by rng(random number generator), well it must hate me 😂

I would say this is a one off but my friend who told me about this site had same experience, maybe others will be different but this site is not for me and will never be depositing a penny into this site again, especially as my friends experience was almost identical and it’s meant to be random.

Thank you for the bonus but no thank you to continue using this site.

The rtp on this site seems really bad

The rtp on this site seems really bad. Yes I'm sure that with many more thousands of spins I could have one good bonus but I just had over 10 bonuses pay less than 10x and I only started getting these bonuses after I lost over £200.

I know that you can't win all of the time but playing here I did not ever feel like I had a chance to win anything half decent. I have now closed my account with them and from my experience, I would advise you play elsewhere.

Absolutely awful site

Absolutely awful site. It’s glitchy, most of the games won’t even load for me. Just get ‘error’ every time I try and load some of my favourite games. It’s not easy to find the games you last played. When I search for particular games in the search bar it doesn’t find them and I find I have to scroll through the games for ages to try and find them. Sometimes they are there and then other times they’re not to be found. Wins and bonus rounds are rare. I genuinely experience mostly dead spins. IF I’ve been lucky enough to land a bonus round the most I ever win is between £3-£5 it really is the worst site I’ve ever used. I’m closing my account and will never be depositing on the pools again. Truly awful site and awful experience. It has been absolutely no fun whatsoever.

1/ 15min to put on an inplay football bet which should have taken seconds..jumpy.. bets failing.. one bet fails.. odds change in secs..betting types disappear..horrible vibrate when placing the bet..complained about this no reply after they said they woul
2/ For no reason given they rejected two paypal payments and one authorised bank payment .the ten minute to contact bank one..NO EXPLANATION..Update ...the pools have emailed me to say I limited my daily deposits myself...but nevertheless they should have reminded me why they had rejected the deposits...we cant all remember everything ...I am am an older pensioner...
