Hired a house cleaner for the initial…

Hired a house cleaner for the initial deep cleaning service, which was $245 for our home, including windows and baseboards. Signed up for the once a month recurring cleaning, but all subsequent months are still charged at the same initial rate of the seven hour deep cleaning when the monthly service that follows takes about two-three hours and is nowhere near as in-depth (ex: no windows and baseboards) And yet they want to charge me the same? Do
NOT recommend. Find a local reputable company. Stay away from these thieves.

Land Clearing (Property)

Kip (CAJUN SHREDDER) did an outstanding job with tree trimming, mulching, rock placements and cleanup. He went above and beyond our expectations and we are truthfully impressed and satisfied with the results of our project!! We would use Kip again and recommend his services to everyone!!

Drive way replacement

First of all, was very late showing up the first day. Then required half down in cash instead of check, He didn't have enough equipment for this size of job, replacing a driveway. It took 2 weeks when it should have taken 3 or 4 days, The driveway is higher than I wanted possibly having the chance of flooding into my basement and garage if we get a long lasting heavy rain. The finished product looks great, However, their clean up and replacing the dirt where the forms were placed was not done, the concrete was splashed on my house and garage, which I had to pressure wash off. Neighbors are complaining about the dirt and concrete stained on the street and sidewalk. They need more equipment and more people to do a job of this size as well as making sure the finish is done.i;e, clean up and landscaping

An experienced professional.

Matt was on time, friendly, courteous and professional. He immediately saw the problem with the main line bringing electric into my home and repaired it. He also replaced my exhaust fan/ light fixture in my bathroom and restored power to the outlet. If I have any electrical concerns in the future I would definitely call him again.

Exceptional customer service!

Mia Tree Service went above and beyond. I hired another company through HomeAdvisor. The other company had not showed up nor called to let me know they were not going to make it during our appointment window.

I called Brandon with Mia and he was able to get some guys to come out same day. They performed the agreed upon work at the agreed upon price and showed up exactly when he said they would. Perfect customer service.

I hired them two weeks later for a larger job and felt so confident with them I had not even gotten other quotes. We were scheduled with an arrival between 8-9am. Brandon called at 8:15 to go over the work we agreed on and let me know the crew would be there shortly. When I got off the phone the crew showed up.
They were efficient, did exactly what they said they would do and at the agreed price. While they were on my roof trimming a branch they cleared my gutter at no charge. Great company, great communication, and great quality of work. Highly recommend!

Really terrible experience with this company

So, I never write reviews. This is the first one I've done on Trust Pilot. But my experience with this company has been so horrible, I'm compelled to. We ordered assembly for a mailbox for a rental house we have (we purchased on Wayfair and included the assembly at checkout). In a nutshell:
1.First appt: They canceled and rescheduled day of
2. Second appt: Our tenant took off work and they no-showed--didn't reply to any messages.
3. Third appt: we rescheduled again via CS chat
4. they canceled again--2 hours beforehand after our tenant took off work again
What a joke. The kicker? I was on w/ CS chat asking for a refund--they won't refund your credit card--they make you fill out a form and they mail you a check like it's 1979. So, clearly a lot of their business model is just float.
(As an aside, our tenant told us that she's had horrible experiences with them too--they canceled on her multiple times in the past for other jobs).
Just be warned if you give them your business.

Nick Jonathan

Nick Jonathan was the workman that came to repair our refrigerator. He was personable and a good craftsman. He tried many things to get our refrigerator working. Sadly it was too far gone. We will have to purchase a new appliance. He also installed a hood vent over our stove. We are very satisfied with the work he has done. I would recommend him highly! If we need further repairs or work done in our house we will call him!

(For pros) Horrible customer service

(For pros) Horrible customer service, you can only cancel your account by speaking to your "success manager" who is also never available to actually take your call.

UPDATE: The Angi review team responded to my review faster than my "success manager" responds to me. I am still waiting to hear back from Angi to cancel my account, but they sure are quick to try to damage control on feedback websites.

BTW, I emailed the address posted in their reply YESTERDAY, still no response.

Richard is truly exceptional

Richard is truly exceptional. He did these beautiful chandeliers in my home and fixed up some lights in my basement, since we’re renovating. If you want the job to be done perfect, then he is your guy. Now I know who to go for anything electrical in my home.

I'm done with Angi's list

I'm done with Angi's list. When you order service and to cancel service, you have to call two different numbers. I scheduled assembly of a gazebo and it's been over 3 weeks...no assembly. Spend numerous hours on the phone and holding for customer service. I have been hung up on. Currently in tears. Will never use their service again.

Awful service. Avoid at all costs,

Awful service. Pro never showed. Customer service is terrible. I will never use this service again. Upset that Wayfair tricked me into booking when them.

The men who came and serviced my house…

The men who came and serviced my house was Andrew Masters and Bobby Masters. They were very professional and very respectful men. Showed up on time and provided the work with perfection! I will forever be calling and requesting them for any of my plumbing or maintenance needs.

Be care of prepay option…

My " professional " checked my air conditioner, said it needed a part and refrigerant and that he needed to go to Atlanta GA. to get those things. That was already weird since I live almost 2 hours away in Alabama. He never came back the next day and didn't respond to my text. Turns out Angi offered a discount to prepay but I never thought they would charge my account without verification that the work was done. So I still have no air and am out 615.00 for nothing. No discount noticed for prepayment either. They do offer to book you with someone else for no charge( since you already paid). Hope that works out. A little bit leery of them now. Won't use again.

Had a 6 piece sectional couch install…

Had a 6 piece sectional couch install made today, booked through Wayfair. First they did not install the brackets for the couch and all pieces are loose, next they charged me separately for the service as everything was booked and paid for through Wayfair. Company is a total scam, and I have to dispute the charge now.

S&W Kitchens remodeled my kitchen over…

S&W Kitchens remodeled my kitchen over the past few months. The finished product is absolutely beautiful! The seamless coordination between Lacie Rice and Daniel, the Lead Contractor, made this project perfect! I also am grateful to the subs that were used. They were all very professional, courteous and at the end of the day, everything was cleaned up. I highly recommend S & W Kitchens to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen.
