Terrible Customer Service, Arbitrary and Hidden Charges, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
This is the single worst bank in the country. Customer service is non-existent as they rarely answer the phone, never answer emails. When you do manage to get a hold of someone they rarely fix the issue, its usually let me get a form to you that you can fill and email us. Of course they'll never reply or acknowledge receiving it.
Their adoption of technology probably dates to the 1990s, pathetic user interface, very limited features and of course no service to go with it. That is their signature and trademark.
My advice, don't go near them with a 10 foot pole. A Completely useless, worthless and hopeless organisation.
