What do you like best about Paycom?

The system is very intuitive and easy to use. Once you know where to find everything, it is so easy. Payroll has been so easy since we switched and you can easily see the system 'talks' within itself between all the different modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

Not being able to edit timecards as an all access user. I understand the reasoning behind it, but being a school we have some retired teachers that substitute teach for us and are not tech savvy so it can create extra steps for me during payroll to ensure their time is correct. What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?

Payroll with our previous provider would take me 3-4 hours because of how inaccurate it would be and the system was not user friendly or intuitive. Paycom has cut that time to less than 1 hour from starting payroll to submitting. We were able to integrate our 401k so that is no longer manually sent to our 401k administrator. Our employees do not have to log into multiple sites for benefits. It has mainstreamed a lot of different HR functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paycom?

Timekeeping, payroll, and easy to navigate, has a wide range of features, and the best part reports. The implementation process was a breeze, with fabulous customer support. I use the system all day long so I have to have it working efficiently and with the support I get from the Paycom team I have had not issues. The integration is what I thought would be the most difficult, but the Paycom team used our old system to intergrade either walking up through it or by remoting in. What do you dislike about Paycom?

It has so much to offer, I am not able to say anything bad about it. It does take some time getting use to everything it has to offer and the different ways you can navigate but end up right where you need to be within the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paycom?

Paycom has everything in one place. From compliance, to scheduling, to payroll, everything is where I need it. The onboarding was very smooth and the customer support I received on day one, and now into 1.5 years is still top notch. Whenever I have a question I can get an answer very fast. I also love how it puts the responsibility on the employees. It is something I use every day, and helps me complete my tasks more efficiently as the District manager, HR, and Payroll person. What do you dislike about Paycom?

What do you like best about Paycom?

Paycom has been a game changer for our organization. We have significantly reduced the number of manual transactions processed and significantly increased employee self-service usage. We are averaging 94% employee usage since implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

The major downside about Paycom is not having a "sandbox/pre-production" environment. It would be very helpful to test processes before going live with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paycom?

Our payroll specialists are responsive to our questions and issues. Frequently, we will get a call or email response in less than an hour, even if it is just to let us know that they are working on our issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

I have not discovered a downside to Paycom. We have been with them for over 12 years and the experience has been 100% positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?

Open enrollment is one of the biggest benefits that we have realized. They make enrolling in benefits so easy for the employees, and the work they do with the electronic file feeds going to the carriers is great. The system tracks ages and makes adjustments in life insurance coverages when necessary, and the business is notified when we have a person aging off of health coverages. What do you like best about Paycom?

I like the ease of use. Very user friendly. Payroll Specialist a trained well and always helpful and friendly. I like when I call I get a live person that solves the problem you have immediately. The system is in constent use though out the day. I have used this product not only at my current job but at other companies for 8 years. When I first used this product back in 2013 I actually implemented the product and it was a great experience! I had a coach by my side the whole step of the way. What do you dislike about Paycom?

What do you like best about Paycom?

Over the last few years, we have tried to move as much team communication as possible out of messy, tangled email threads and into a standardized, clear, user-friendly, easy-to-look-back-at portal. Through Paycom, we have successfully integrated our time keeping, expense reimbursements, time off requests, annual coachings, and much more into Paycom, and even developed systems for notifications that help quickly and easily keep everyone on the same page. What do you dislike about Paycom?

The helpline and account specialists are fantastic. However, sometimes successful utilization requires knowing what you want and pressing through to get it fully built out the way you want it. What do you like best about Paycom?

The Paycom system has a lot of capabilites and the employee interface is fairly clean and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

As an administrator, it is very difficult and unintuitive to make adjustments on the backend. I also feel their system is lacking in automation capabilities compared to some of their competitors. I do appreciate having a dedicated service contact, but our previous support person really did not seem to know the system very well. What do you like best about Paycom?

I like the Ask here dash board and the punch change request; i also like how easy it is to process payroll and correct issues when there are issues. Its very wast to reach someone when we have to call in for last minute support and Avery has been wonderful and teaching and reteaching things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paycom?

It has enabled us to go paperless and automate so many aspects of our work. It offers a lot modules, is customizable, and makes it so that your employees are doing all of their own updates. Everything HR goes through Paycom -- expenses, benefits, time and attendance, document mngt, employee acknowledgements, ACA, reward statements, taxes, reviews, applicant tracking, compliance, reporting, etc. Our implementation back in 2020 was good -- they identified issues that our auditors and 401k vendor never caught. It's a very compliant and robuts system. I like our Rep and the team. The relationship manager is great. I Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

The LMS is a bit clunky...it can certainly do what I need it to do but it could be easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
