• The link to navigate to create an account with Veradigm eprescribe should be https://erxnowregistration.allscripts.com There are two parts to the ePrescribe registration, the first section is electronic and the second portion you will need to fill out a form, have it notarized and return back to us to process via fax at 919-800-6001.
• If you are already registered then send an email to: eprescribesupport@veradigm.com or call at 1-877-933-7274.

Directions to register for Extended Care / ECIN / Referral Management:

• Clients need to go to www.extendedcare.com and click on the 'Update Provider Profile' link. Enter your organizations name and zip code and click on the Next button. Now fill the WHITE PAGE DATA FORM and click Submit at the bottom of the page.
