Speedy and trustworthy assistance!

Have been using Dashlane for 5+ years now and have really appreciated the speed of assistance they've provided to me and our company. They've proven that they are truly motivated to help us in every support interaction we've encountered.

DLove Authenticator

The assistance that Sharon gave through out chat was patient with me [not greatly computer savvy] and helpful. Initially the email from Dashlane about the change needed concerning an Authenticator [2FA] program was not helpful. I spent probably an hour or more on my Dashlane account trying to figure out how to make the change. It wasn't until I went to the chat with a Dashlane assistant in person [not Dashy] that I was finally able to get a resolution. Sharon went an extra mile to assist me!

Customer Service was understanding and quick

I wanted Dashlane over other companies, but the site was not working well when I tried to sign up. I did not think my credit card when through as the site just kept spinning. Later in the day, I saw that i was charged, but I had already committed with another company. THe Customer Service person but very understanding and made sure to confirm with me that I needed a refund and was able to process my request. Kuddos to your Customer Service dept.

Money milkers

After years of using it, I have to spend hours now to struggle moving all 2FA and with moving all the passwords to a new password manager because Dashlane noticed that in a month my price will go over 3 times higher and with the option to pay annually only.

They said it's because they added things but since I got it there was nothing new beside about 2 things and none of them enhanced my experience in any way or even worked properly like paswordless. Their support didn't give any reasonable reason as well for such a big price change and answered the same as the automated chat.

Old price for family plan: a bit over 2€/month
New price: 89€/year

Great Experience with Dashlane, One Small Drawback

I've had a great experience with Dashlane, which has excellent service and features like a straightforward interface. I'd give it five stars, but I'm leaving one out because they have switched to an annual-only subscription, which I find too pricey. If the cost isn't an issue for you, I recommend Dashlane.

Satisfied

Overall I am very satisfied with customer support and reaching out to me by email to fix the problem. The overall process was kind of time consuming from start to finish since all communication was done through email (approximately one week) but the problem of 2FA and getting logged on with my new phone was resolved. Thank you

Peter took the time to read through my long email and clearly explained the best solution for my issues. Maybe fairly mundane issues for someone familiar with the platform, but they were still my problems; he took the time to direct me correctly and clearly. Much appreciated.

Dashlane products and support.

I have had Dashlane for a number of years now, not being a Bill Gates of the world and not being brought up with computers I find this product very easy to work with, I have gone from using the same password for everything to having numerous passwords and I don't have to try and remember them all. great product.

Love the Dashlane App

Love the Dashlane app. All my passwords held securely in one place and accessible from multiple devices. New, very strong passwords are generated by the app for other logins added. It’s also offers a lot more with VPN, Dark Web monitoring, and password health checking included in the premium version. If you’re still writing passwords down or using the same, insecure password across multiple logins, then you need Dashlane in your life. Try it for free first and see for yourself.

A successful chat

While I hate not being able to have telephone support, this experience with Ric was just as good. Convincing the computer to turn me over to live chat was a different story, but in the end the issue was resolved.

This company is amazing

This company is amazing. Not only do I think their app is phenomenal but when I had an issue trying to change my master password and there being a glitch in the system preventing me from changing it.
The people who helped me were efficient and quick in getting down to the underlying issue and having an answer and fix for me within the following days.

Nathalia was excellent! I did have a hard time getting to Nathalia, but wanted to also give a "shout out" to Daniel Miller who turned in a helpdesk ticket for me which is how I got to Nathalia. Thanks to both of them for handling this error so quickly!!

Great app, expensive but worth it, watch out for sudden billing changes

Dashlane is the best password and secure messages app I've ever found. It's not cheap, but it can be used just about everywhere. My rating is because Dashlane recently changed to annual billing only as opposed to once per month. All of a sudden, I was charged an annual plan ($80+). Support's answer was that I should have known because Dashlane sent emails and in-app messages. This never happened. When the answer to a support question is "we told you so" and my only other option is to stop using the app entirely, this is clearly not an ideal resolution. I understand support has nothing to do with the abrupt decision to change my options. My comments and rating are an overall assessment of this transition and the impossibility of any resolution other than "we told you so" when they didn't.

1) Dashlane is an premium service. Unfortunately, I didn’t take the time to use the software for the last couple of years and instead started to rely on similar services provided by Google and Apple.
2) Rick in customer service was excellent in answering my questions and patiently helping me process the refund.
