Pretty much everything. The designs were horrible, the customer service is poor, they don't hold up their end of the bargain with their 100% money back guarantee. I could go on.
Extremely easy to use, while providing a tool which is actually quite powerful: that makes a very great way to create a signature in a few, easy steps and getting a deep customisation. I really didn't find much wrong in it and I am sure corporate clients...
