What is the URL address to the account manager?

How can I login to my account manager?

Login using your account ID and your (password) PIN number located in the upper left corner of your season ticket invoice. If you do not know your PIN number, just click on the "forgot your password" link and your PIN number will be emailed to the address we have in our records.

How can I view and pay my account balance online?

Once logged on simply look under the Account Settings heading and click the "view/pay invoices" link.

How can I update my season ticket account information online?

Simply click on "edit profile" located under the Account Settings heading, you will be able to update your address phone numbers and email ONLY. You can also click on "change password" to modify your PIN number. Make sure to click on "Update Account" in order to save your updated information.

How can I contact a Texans representative via email?

In the account manager click on "Contact Team Rep" type your inquiry in the pop-up box and a representative will send a reply to the email address in your account.

What are the hours of operation for the Houston Texans ticket office?

Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Where can I go to pay my season ticket balance by check or money order?

You can drop off payments at the Box Office located in Budweiser Plaza near the GO TEXANS Store; simply ask for a Texans Ticket Representative.
