Google cannot help with third party apps, devices, or websites.
Google would have no idea at all how these work, their sign in requirements, your passwords there, or their policies. Please ask those people for assistance. Or check your email for any welcoming emails from them, which may assist . If you need a password, you could have saved it in the password manager of your browser, or a password app?
Otherwise come back here if this is, in your opinion, a Google issue, and clearly explain why.
