Poor product, VERY expensive

The $60 screen protector scratches so easily AND bubbled up within a couple of months. And then they wanted me to pay to have another ones shipped on their FREE replacement program. If Verizon wants to push such a miserable product, they should stock these so customers can go get a FREE replacement. But they don't. The closest place is 75 miles away. Don't just walk away from this, RUN!!!

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. I ordered a "Free Replacement" and it cost $36.32 on April 2, 2024. It has been 22 days and no protector, and no way to contact the company where someone actually answers.

Verizon is horrible for pushing this company and the "Free Replacement"

Terrible customer service and warranty replacement

I have been waiting a month for the screen protector I have, which has cracked, to come back into stock for a warranty replacement. It still isn’t available and any equivalent product offered as an alternative has an additional charge of £15. I have been in touch with their customer support who are not at all helpful and just reply with the same stock answer, I’m not sure if I’m taking to a person or AI. I’m so disappointed as the products are good and the warranty replacement service used to be the reason I chose ZAGG but given this experience I would say avoid them!

A scam beyond belief

A scam beyond belief. I bought it through T-Mobile because I thought it would be replaced free - will it is free - however, $9.99 Shipping Charge.... I mean really??? Maybe $3 or 4 - but I will not give them $10 for shipping. Of course I paid $3.78 x 12 for the damn thing from T-mobile.... am I an Idiot or what??

Breaks down, customer service is shocking

The product broke down within days of warranty expiry. The customer service was awful, received NO help or compensation for the EXPENSIVE broken down wireless charger. DO NOT BUY Mophie or Zagg. Absolute rip-off!

Horrible product, Horrible support, Horrible company

1. Product: Not durable, dents easily
Install system: Does not fit in the carrier. It is a 33% reliable system
2. Support: awful, plus they charge you more for a replacement than a replacement with a superior product from anywhere else.

Just an awful company and an awful product

Lifetime warranty not what is claims

I bought a ‘glass elite’ screen protector for my phone. I dropped it and it worked brilliantly, protecting the screen underneath. I contacted ZAGG to order a replacement as the packaging promises a lifetime warranty with a free replacement. It turns out that paying for postage and the ‘upgrade’ (as my original product is no longer available) costs almost as much as the original product I bought. Lifetime warranty is not what is says on the tin. Would not recommend.

stay away from this scams

stay away from this scams. I bought a screen protector for a Iphone 15 and after a month they the screen shattered and I have a warranty, (IT WASN'T CHEAP) but when I go the the store to get it fixed they told me to pay more than the screen cost itself. So I stopped by at Walmart and found a better quality screen and its way more cheap

Dissatisfied with service.

Deeply disappointed with the company's shipping. Ordered on 2 separate occasions. They purposely don't want you to receive shipment within 30 day return window.
Liked the phone cases. Not available from local vendors so probably will never buy again.

Long delivery

Worst company

Worst company. I ordered over $100 worth of screen protectors and it never shipped 4 months later I never received anything. Fast forward today, I ordered a replacement and paid $10 it says shipped and it’s been 1 month with no delivery. Mind you I submitted so many support tickets and I never get a response. Screw Zagg and there over priced screen protectors

Replacement warranty is a lie

I bought an "invisible shield" (mobile glass protection) from them and they said that it has a lifetime warranty, the shield just broke after a month and I requested a replacement but their website is broken in a way that it does not allow you to request a replacement, it's a total scam, they are just the worst

Not impressed.

I purchased the Zagg glass XTR2 it is claims to have anti-reflective technology. The only problem is that I can clearly see my reflection. So where ever that anti-reflective tech is, it surely wasn't built into this screen protector.

Bad Customer and Warranty Service

The screen didn't do a good job of protecting my phone. The replacement will apparently take three weeks to arrive. Shipping in for my "free" replacement is $10, which is obviously a highly inflated price for such a small package. Lastly, customer service responded by saying that if I want it faster, I should just pay more for delivery. Bad answer.

Rip off! Scam company!

I bought a brand new phone and the invisible shield screen protector at my local phone carrier's store. I had issues with the protector shortly after my purchase. Zagg promised a lifetime warranty. I'd been in contact with them for months trying to get a proper replacement. They sent me some really flimsy plastic. Nothing like I originally purchased. First, they told me that they were out of stock. Then after months of terrible customer service and communication, they told me that they no longer carried the product for my phone because it wasn't popular. Now, I'm out 40+ bucks and no screen protector. They refused to give me a refund since I didn't buy it directly from them, but an AUTHORIZED carrier.

Bought my Zagg for my wife’s IPad Air…

Bought my Zagg for my wife’s IPad Air 4, 18 months ago from BestBuy. My wife uses it very little and isn’t overly computer literate. She can’t use it now because the charging port is non functional and she can’t charge it. Reached out to Zagg and only communication is via internet and responses from Zagg are total A.I. responses. No other form of communication available. Since warranty is only one year and no extended warranty ended up purchasing a Logitech. PS. BestBuy was of no help either.

I purchased a protective shield for my…

I purchased a protective shield for my iPhone some months ago. It was recommended by a reputable store In Canterbury. Although it was pricey and I hadn’t planned to spend that much on a tiny sheet of plastic, I was informed by the member of staff that customers were very happy with the product and that after registering the item, ZAGG would replace the shield should it ever crack. The staff member even kindly fitted the shield for me so I left the store very satisfied and confident that it had been money well spent. How wrong I was. I am extremely careful with my phone but after only a few weeks, the shield cracked, and the damage worsened over a matter of days. I contacted ZAGG immediately and received a response saying they did not have the item in stock but that they would notify me when one was available. I had registered the phone as instructed by the store. I am constantly receiving emails from ZAGG about offers INCLUDING the protective shield!!! I still have not received a replacement. Every time I try, I am told they are out of stock but clearly they have are not as they can still be purchased! This is obviously a scam to get people to buy them. I went back to the store to explain and was told, after contacting the company himself, using my phone, that I should receive one in the post soon. I am still waiting. Do not spend money on this expensive item and do not be taken in by the lies.

This was my very first purchase of the…

This was my very first purchase of the ZAGG screen protector for my S24 ULTRA..my very first impression was this is a Quality product!!!..I had professional install from Verizon when I purchased my S24 ULTRA..no complaints and the application was flawless!!!..I really will enjoy the lifetime WARRANTY that was also applied to my purchase..keep up the EXCELLENT workmanship of your products!!!
