and obviously has too many subscribers at busy times.

Sometimes there are so many games and there’s so much content in the channel guide that it’s hard to find what you’re looking for.
Every time I have used the chat. They have found what I was looking for. Sometimes the channels just don’t work in places where you have found them, but Chad can suggest other channels. Enter them on get them working for you. I’ve had nothing but good luck with this streaming.

I realized after reading through several comments that support can be a bit spotty; especially if a massive event occurs. In my case, however, I received instantaneous attention. Jack resolved issues installing the new streaming app in a very friendly, professional manner.

I have been a customer for 247TVStream for several years. After many years of poor solutions, but works 60% of the time - with many resets !
The last 2 years with this new solution, I have a small problem every month or so, but contacting support, then support justs resets the channel concerned, and in minutes the problem is solved.
So finally today they have a great solution and also staff who try to understand the problem.
Would be interested in more UK Channels.

Games never start on time. You join the MLB games, if they are posted, 10-15 late. You try to connect with their online help and no one answers. They are better, somewhat, when it is MFL season, but I will be searching for another service.

I am, at this very moment, waiting for IPTV Smarters to reboot the FoodNetwork. It’s been hours. I have this problem every week. Other stations are working but not this one. Most of their chat people don’t answer or tell me it’s my internet service and send me a link to show them my speed is fine. My speed is fine. Timing also doesn’t sync. They can be behind by 5-10 min. There’s no support at all. Their answer is, “Other people are watching and it’s fine.”
I would think seriously about getting this app.

if I could rate a zero I would. worst service I could imagine. i bought to watch Supercross. I have not been able to watch a single event. A TRUE RIP OFF! How does a person get justice? Customer service and billing are polite and useless. No resolve to the lack of sound and the "network issues" HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, LIARS, CHEATERS, THEIVES! DO NOT CONSIDER 247TVSTREAM

MIke was persistent and professional in carefully listening to my description of the issue. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting a difficult problem that was rooted in the old age of my Panasonic TV. Mike was patient as i attempted ways to address the problem. I purchased this in October 2023. I purchased this to watch NHL only. The streaming is terrible. The audio does not match with the video or the streaming doesn't work at all (it will play for 3-4 seconds and then freeze for several minutes). Also, I have tried to download the app on my windows and get the error message"404", I downloaded the app to my amazon firestick and once I have entered in all the information it says "invalid details", I downloaded it to my Samsung TV and put in all the information but when I press "add user" nothing happens no message it just stays on that screen. The ONLY place I have successfully downloaded the app is on my iphone (but streaming still bad). When I live chatted with an employee he spent more time telling me I was doing something wrong than trying to fix the issue. After 1 1/2 hours he stopped responding. After 12 minutes of nothing from him, I ended the chat with my issues not resolved.

I have tried for over 3 months to get reliable non buffering streaming of NFL games and or College Basketball and Football games. Nothing is any better than three months back it’s hit and miss. Yesterday and Today I was trying get NBC station out of Boston ( my time zone) No sound. After being told yesterday it would be fixed, it wasn’t. After about another hour and a half “ chatting “ I was told that those stations do not have sound on website, but I could listen on my phone?

Had a difficult time finding the app in Play Store. Mike patiently guided me step by step until the app was downloaded. Mike also provided step by step credential instructions. Watching from my phone right now. Great effort on your part Mike. Sincerely appreciate the professionalism.

After struggling for several days trying to get tech support to help me get my app working I once again contacted tech support and Jack answered my contact request. I was having trouble renewing my subscription (I've been with 247TVStream for years) and Support Agent Oliver Stone came to my rescue. He was extremely helpful. If not for Oliver's wise & professional intervention I might have taken my business to another streaming service. Thank you Oliver. If the streaming service functions as brilliantly as you, I should be able to watch all my favourite sport seamlessly. And the Oscar goes to....OLIVER STONE!

I really enjoy 247TVStream, I can watch virtually any sport at any time; for example I can watch any of the NFL games, not just whats showing locally. The price is great and specials show up frequently! The customer service is excellent, they are very attentive in assisting customers, which is great for folks like me who are a little older and not computer saavy. Today, Jack was terrific!
