Please read these conditions of use carefully before using this Booking.com B.V. service. These conditions of use are hereby deemed to be incorporated into and to form an integral part of the general Terms and Conditions of Booking.com B.V. available at www.booking.com/terms.

We’ll provide services to you, subject to the conditions stated below. By visiting this website, using our services, or making a purchase, you accept the following conditions.

1. This promotion was initially scheduled to run until April 30, 2024. Amazon and Booking.com B.V. mutually agreed to modify it to run until November 1, 2023. Amazon and Booking.com B.V. may modify, cancel, or extend the promotion at their discretion.
2. This promotion is only available to Amazon Prime members with an account created for Amazon Germany or Austria. Members must access this account from an IP address located in Germany or Austria.
3. Amazon Prime members will receive Genius Level 2 membership, beginning on the date when the member first signs in to Booking.com with an Amazon Prime account and lasting for at least the time period of this promotion.
4. Travel Credits will only be earned on reservations made prior to the end of this promotion. The relevant stay can be scheduled for a date after the promotion has ended.
5. Travel Credits will only be earned when a qualifying stay has been completed.
6. Bookings of €5 or less aren’t eligible to receive Travel Credits.
7. Any part of a booking paid for with previously earned Travel Credits isn’t eligible to earn additional Credits.
8. The maximum amount of Travel Credits Booking.com B.V. will award is €1,000 per booking and €2,000 per calendar year.
9. Travel Credits will be issued after the end of the stay, as the stay needs to be verified by the property after check-out.
10. Travel Credits will be added to the Booking.com account holder’s Booking.com Wallet.
11. Travel Credits will be granted only to the Prime member who made the booking. If a Prime member makes a booking on behalf of another person, and/or provides another person’s email address during the booking process, this Prime member will receive the Travel Credits – the other person won’t receive Travel Credits. Multiple Amazon Prime accounts may not be submitted for the same stay.
12. Travel Credits will only be awarded for accommodation-only bookings. Travel Credits won’t be awarded for an accommodation booking that is part of a linked travel arrangement (for example, a “Flight + Hotel” arrangement).
13. Travel Credits awarded will be based on the net price of the user’s accommodation booking, excluding taxes and service fees, VAT, and other miscellaneous charges or facility costs, if applicable.
14. Only changes, modifications, or upgrades made to a booking by and through the Booking.com site will result in the updating of the amount of Travel Credits. For example, a change made in person at the property won’t alter the amount of Travel Credits. In the event of any change or modification that lowers the net value of a booking, any Travel Credits offered shall be based on the new, lower net value.
15. Travel Credits not redeemed within 2 years of the qualifying booking being made will automatically expire.
16. Travel Credits will not be awarded for no-shows or canceled bookings.
17. Participants in Booking.com-initiated programs (e.g. Partner Offer, Booking.com for Business, etc.) aren’t eligible for this promotion.
18. Staff members of Booking.com B.V. and its affiliates, as well as participants in the Booking.com Affiliate Partner Program, are not eligible for this promotion. Participants must be natural persons.
19. All conditions of the promotion must be met at the time the booking is made; no retroactive claims will be allowed.
20. The original English version of these conditions of use has been translated into German. This translated version is offered as a courtesy only, and no rights can be derived from any translated version. In the event of a dispute about the contents or interpretation of these conditions of use, or any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any translation of these conditions of use, the English-language version, to the extent permitted by law, shall apply, prevail, and be conclusive.
