I would give NO STARS but I can't. DO not do business with Brainly. I have an account but the free version and yet I keep getting charged a yearly renewal fee. I can't cancel because I dont have the subscription account. I went back and forth to customer service last year and I thought it was taken care of but yet again, I was just charged. I had to cancel my debit card JUST to get rid of the renewal fee for next year. I think they do it on purpose considering the amount of complaints that I have read and the complaints on the Better Business Bureau website.

The Website keeps asking for me to log in to see question answers. At this point, it is very annoying to keep playing ads again and again to view a single answer. Most of the time, the ad itself does not load and the loading screen is stuck. Even if I do log in, there is another limit to how many answers I can view for the day. The Website used to be very useful and practical, but now its just another website wanting your information; to the point where it obstructs the entire purpose of the website.

They don’t REFUND your money
So I got this app to help with my nephew with his home work last year… I’m trying to log in on my fb to cancel it. And it charges me 39 dollars when I don’t have a kid that needs it now. He graduated… and they refuse to REFUND me my money. Are yall really that hard up for money? Cuz yalls app gives wrong answers still for 39 bucks!! I wouldn’t use this app. I would use mathway or some thing else. At least mathway makes it easy for you to cancel your subscription. Y’all are crooks!! Taking people’s money like that, the way the economy is!!! And there is no customer service number!!!

Cool features! But some HUGE problems...
I really like the "ask a question" feature and how it organises my exam prep BUT I absolutely hate the ads that block up almost 50% of my screen,and I think this website is a complete scam
You see,I was doing one of my assignments and all of sudden when I try to check the time,IT WAS WRONG + my computer literally froze.
But that was not because the time was wrong itself,but because MY COMPUTER WAS NOT WORKING and it had (or might have had a VIRUS)
I checked everything that may have caused it but there was nothing,only one thing (becuase I was trying it out for the first time)
BRAINLY!!!
I think it was that extension that I added to chrome...
Also reading the other reviews made me think twice about purchasing Brainly Plus

Don't pay for this, it is useless and unhelpful.
Brainly completely restricts access to a LOT of answers, forcing you to sign up for a subscription that I will not be using in the oncoming years. Yes, I have been able to get answers, and verify that I'm correct, or see what I messed up on, but that doesn't fix the underlying issue of refusing customers basic features, just because they didn't pay. I had to sign up and make an account to," get access to all answers", but then it lied, and now is trying to make me subscribe for 'all answers". False advertisement? Probably.
Update: What a load of bull. You are allowed one answer per day for free. ONE. That is not fair, in any regards. If you wanna glorify your company, at least be truthful about it, instead of giving a very vague, and pathetic response. How about, instead of dangling a carrot over our heads, you actually live up to being an educational website, and put money in the back of your heads. You will survive, I promise.

Another user completely disheartened by how they handled my cancellation— Essentially charging Me for an additional year after canceling at the year prior. Bad customer service, impossible to reach anybody, everything that everybody else is staying here. I agree that good can only come from staying far away from Brainly.

No way to cancel subscription
I have attempted to cancel my subscription numerous times and yet I continue to get charged monthly with no response to my e-mails. It has been over 6 months. It is pathetic that I have to put a stop payment through my bank. You have no customer service number, don't respond to e-mails, and obviously ignore attempts to cancel subscriptions. I used to recommend your app to others; now I feel bad for doing so.

I was charged for a yearly subscription without previous notice. I opted out for a free trial and 7 days later they charged my card. They claim they have sent me a reminder, which I never received. They refused my request for a refund and I am furious! I will never recommend this website to anyone!!!

I reported by email to Brainly at contact@brainly as they asked. I provided all of the information, but when I went to submit the request, the error message was, "We're sorry, we can't submit your request at this time." I reported to PayPal to cancel my payment and reported to my bank that the invoices were fraudulent. Notice the response indicates they have no phone contact. Terrible site. Had an account on one of my other emails, paid for a subscription and when I went to cancle it didn't give me any helpful answers, it declined to cancel for another two months. Customer services is sh*t, and every time I tried to seek help, I was sent this "Unfortunately, we could not locate your email communication with this review using only your name. Don't use this service. They still charged me while I unsubscribed in time.
I tried the free period just to test their services. It was not even close to what I needed. I just want to better my skills and use a useful AI platform that can do this. Brainly wasn't it for me. The AI just gives me useless questions that aren't even logical. And after I unsubscribed and left they still charged me for a subscription because my account was still on their platform. I send an email to them but I think they will not even give back money when I read the reviews on here. This is an absolutely horrible platform and organization.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is the worst company ever. There was an account setup under my PayPal account and charged a subscription fee. Which I was not aware of until I noticed my account was charged. I reached out to this company via email, SEVERAL times and explained that this was done fraudulently and asked that they refund the stolen money, which they REFUSED to do. They rather have stolen money than to help out someone who didn’t authorize this issue.
