We offer step by instructions on how to complete a telehealth visit. It is Easy!!! You need to first sign up for a “my chart” account with Beaumont. This will not cost anything to sign up, it is just a private way to talk with us.

Your Privacy means everything to us! Once you create a login, having a visit with the nurse practitioner or counselor (social worker) will be easy.
