I was charged with a membership fee, it was removed from my debit card, I called and cancelled my membership and got a refund. This month it happened again, once again I called membership was cancelled but still no word on my refund. I'm on a fixed income. how do I resolve this, how do I talk to a real person....I have to replace my card to make this stop. Who gives them the right to steal my money, because of their actions I now have late charges I have to cover...wow.

FRAUD! Repeatedly says FREE. Claims they're Experian and wanted a "one time" $1.00 processing fee for a FREE Credit Report and FREE Financial Services. I gave them a dollar on my Capital One card, and then they charged said card $39.90 not once, but TWICE! Don't know why "Experian" allows its name to be in any way associated with these scammers!!

Says free but want to take money out of bank account. Do not use. It is not free. There are ones out there. They are truly free. Use one of them. I did fill it out. They wanted some money to go on so I back out.

If the 99.9% of 1-Star reviews isn't enough to convince you, I don't know how another review will. The one reviewer that gives this company 5 stars must work for them. The website says "FREE Credit Scores" and requires that you enter very personal information not needed for checking credit scores. I have an Intuit Mint account and it shows your credit score without even entering these things. When you get near the end, you are forced to enter a credit card and pay for this "FREE" service. Hey, guys, "FREE" means you don't pay. By requiring someone to pay sort of negates the free part.

I don't know how they got my information. They say they do Identity theft too so I had a case for them and she told me to call the police. I told her I did. Did not help me with my claim. I did cancel my membership. To this scam.

I have asked and asked about them canceling this 39.90 rip off of a service and NOTHING DONE. The BBB needs to get invoked and stop these thieves. Now. I do not have forty dollars a month to be stolen from me like this.

Charge me when I canceled my 1.00 “free trial”. Still paid 39.90 for something I didn’t and couldn’t use. A rip off. Not helpful at all. I will tell everyone I know to never use this. Go to Credit Karma.

I paid, called immediately to cancel my free trial and they have been charging me $40 for the past 4 months regardless. And now they won’t give me a refund for those 4 months and I’m having to go through hell to make sure they don’t charge me ever again. Beware.

Once they have your CC number... After you cancel, you will still be charged and charged and charged. Trying to get 1 payment back, it means I cannot cancel yet... So I need to call again, it will be the third time!

When reviewing my credit score online at FreeCreditScore.com I was asked to enter credit card information to charge a nominal one dollar fee to view where my report despite the service advertising that the reports are free. It was explained that this was done so to verify identity much like the post office does when you forward your address. I wasn’t concerned about the dollar fee. I’ll go with fries and a month later my credit card was charged a subscription fee of $39.90. I couldn’t remember at the time where I had obtained my free credit scores nor was there information as to what company to contact on my credit card. That said I advise my bank and cancel my credit card. This happened in June 22. I just recently was able to locate the company which online it’s listed as CRDRPT.com.

I spoke with Champagne a customer service representative who assured me she would assist me. She stated that they have been attempting to charge my card since then and only today will cancel services. She said that since the charge with more than three months old they would not honor my request for a refund. She said that the disclaimer was more than clear in stating that I was subscribing to a service and that I should’ve read the fine print. This is a scam from the very get-go as they advertised the service hours free credit score. There’s nothing free about it. Even though I’ve never use the service and requested a refund of $39.90 the company denied refunding me that money and publishing this review to advise other unsuspecting individuals that there was nothing free about FreeCreditScore.com or the alias of CRDRPT.com.
