Oklahoma CSS provides online resources for parents to access their child support case, to track child support payments and to make child support payments.
How to Login
Step 1: Go to this webpage and enter your DHS Customer ID and PIN number and click “submit”
- If you forgot your PIN, click “forgot my PIN” on the left side and you will be brought to this page which directs you to call 405-522-2273 to get help
How to Enroll
In order to use the online access to your child support accounts, you have to have a PIN. In order to obtain a PIN, got to this page which provides instructions about emailing your local child support office.
Make a Payment
To make a child support payment online, go to this website for instructions on how to enroll in e-pay.
You can also mail a payment by writing a check and sending it to the following address:
