Too much interest you pay every week your minimum and the following week we call and instead on the payment we supposed to pay they told me $750 wt since when 😠😠😠instead of going down by magic it’s going up

Specifically the SUNVALLEY, Nv location. Carrie is the BEST!!! along with other employees. She literally takes her time in explaining the process in getting a loan. She makes you feel SPECIAL and will go over time in answering any questions you may have. In my eyes she needs a RISE and more employees like her. I definitely recommend this location. Angela, the store manager at Aliante and Centennial, is a very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind person. She always greets customers with big smiles and always gives you alot of options for solving your problems to get you on your way. Sammie at the pahrump location is amazing! Always has a smile on her face knows who her customers are and has everything ready for us by the time we hit the desk. It is always a pleasure to visit the Dollar loan center in Pahrump the entire staff is amazing!

Great customer service! They started my application over the phone so that when I got off work, all I had to do was go into the location and sign the papers. Office is clean, welcoming and has some nice tunes playing to pass the time while the rep finalizes everything. Hope I don’t need to use them anymore but if I’m in a bind, DLC is the way to go!

I called in today for help with applying for a loan. My experience with this location, and company was absolutely excellent. I spoke with both the manager, Tony and staff member, Emmy. They were so nice, patient, helpful, and understanding. It was sincerely a pleasure to be able to talk with two of the nicest people I've met in customer service for something like this! They even joked with me that they call themselves the Emmy and Tony awards -- they would win for customer service experience and satisfaction!

The interest rate is outrageous, but the customer service was among the best I have ever had. Linda was professional, knowledgeable, and had a sense of humor (which is hard to find sometimes). There were some complications with my situation but she walked me through it and tool care of things.

We had a positive experience with you. The only bad thing I would have to say is we were there extra long because they were taking payments and answering the phone while doing my application. Sabrina was awesome once she could help us with all the interruptions.
