I have been a member for many years

I have been a member for many years. I have found that even though vendors are growing each year, I still find that many places I shop are not a part of freeshipping or were and now no longer offer free shipping or cash back which is a shame.
The staff has always been helpful in finding my lost cash back when vendors have "forgotten" to put in after purchase.
Will continue to be a member. Kudos for your hard work!

More worth than you pay for!

With this online shopping world, you can earn large cashbacks on any purchases, which is definitely worth the membership as we kind of get it back through our cashback checks.

It’s a scam! Be careful

It’s a scam they get your PayPal or bank account info just to take your money out of your account. Be careful ! They have lied to me multiple times too about issuing my refund for the money they took for no reason. They are not a legit company. On top of this I guess my PayPal team reached out the them when I noticed the charge from them and told PayPal I wanted a refund and so they then canceled my account that I didn’t even know was a membership type account as there was nothing that said that or anything I didn’t sign anything either and was no notified after they took my money out of my account. Also be careful because it also said when this occurred the morning after that PayPal canceled my auto pay with them … AUTO PAY?! So they went into MY account to set up auto pay to take MY money ?! Complete Scammers and horrible customer service as they have lied to me and said to contact my bank about the refund status just to find out they refund was never charged back to me ! They the your hard earned money then LIE about helping you.

FreeShipping is good

FreeShipping is great, helps me get some cashback with a large number of retailers. However the fee is quite expensive, sometimes the cashback is about or lower than the monthly fee. Also, there were sometimes the shipping rebates were declined because of the lack of evidence (!?), even though I had submitted all email and receipts. In overall, it is good if you shop a lot.

A Surprising Turn of Events!

I had kept making purchases and some of the payments had overlapped the cheques, however i kept making purchases. Eventually, I wound up getting the biggest rebate cheque since I became a member!

It really does pay to be persistent, and it never hurts to keep searching for deals.

Freeshipping= FREE $$$$

Freeshipping provides a lot of retailers that we can use to get REBATES. You must go through the Freeshipping shopper's window in order to get rebates, ESPECIALLY the 10% CASH BACK. It's well worth your time. Easy to claim rebates on line, just follow instructions. If you have questions, you can call and they are happy to HELP!

Customer Service Problems, Great Retailers

They need to work on their customer service. The people are nice, but they do not have much authority to investigate an issue and the escalation team is extremely slow to respond. One they understand a problem they fix it, but the process is horrible. The subscription price keeps rising and is getting high meaning there will one day be less subscribers, including myself. Some of the links need to he updated or removed as some did not work. On a more positive note, they have a lot of the major retailers we all use which makes it a little easier to balance out the cost to be a member. It would be nice to one day have costco added and would also be a major benefit to have gasoline stations on there as well.

Great site

Great site, many people says it scam but it definitely not. Make sure you understand what it offer and just use it well. Happy customer for couple of years with good saving even after monthly fee. Definitely recommended.

I don't know what happened

I don't know what happened, but the service has regressed and is now terrible. I've been cheated out of lots of money over the past months and will be cancelling my long standing subscription. There are several dates of problems, so the date below is not accurate

I did not know I was signing up for…

I did not know I was signing up for this service, I had a one time delivery and it sent me to this site and my credit card was charged, so now I'm out money on the whole deal. Do not want this !!

I love using this site for rebates but…

I love using this site for rebates but am totally dissatisfied with the monthly fees. Since I started using your services there has been a $9 increase each month. It just seems like it's getting too expensive while the number of vendors seems to be decreasing. I will be looking into other apps that offer the same services, to see if their rates are lower.

Loyal member for over 5 years!

I have been using for FreeShipping.com for over 5 years and will continue to do so for years to come. This is my go-to cashback website. Yes, there's a monthly fee. BUT the benefits significantly outweigh the costs. I would recommend membership to anyone who frequently shops online and is willing to put in a few extra minutes to get their rebates :)

My gift did not arrive and person left…billed because delivery person couldn't find address? Funny Amazon gets it done

My gift did not arrive and person left town without so I asked for refund I got refund but free shipping charged me for what they could not deliver and gift wasn't delivered so again why bother giving gifts if they cannot be delivered on time

Support service need improvement

The pros is the ease of submitting claims.

The cons is where claims were declined with careless processing. Example would be no sufficient back up document when they are clearly included in the email.

The worst is when multiple emails discussion for the same issue email chains often handle with different Agents who didn't read the emails causing me had to repeat myself many times and at times needed higher management to resolve issues.

I suggest better training and have Agents not to jump into conversations where other Agent is already involved...like email that's replying to a specific Agent name.

Great cash back

The customer service is excellent and they have a great history of paying out of claims from what I have read. The amount that they charge on a regular basis is not much compared to how much you will receive in return. I also understand their 1000 a year limit because the benefits they offer are so good that they need to have a cap. I also want to say that Samantha who is a supervisor was excellent in addressing my needs. She was very professional and resolved my claims on a timely manner. Highly recommend it"

Great customer service

Great customer service! The only comment I might make is sometimes the reviewers of claim decline something due to an order date missing when the order date is clearly stated within the confirmation email and on the header. But everyone is always super great about re-reviewing and amending. Really appreciate your service!

Old dog, new tricks…

I am not too techy and so when I signed up I did not understand that I had to order thru the site to receive $ back. Once I called in I had this lovely agent named Kathryn ( not sure of spelling) and her supervisor Barbie who really took their time with me and helped me maneuver thru the site. Still think humans are so much better than machines and AI.(artificial intelligence). See I am learning

Scam

DO NOT agree to ANY rebate from this company. As soon as they have your credit card information, you will begin to see charges on your account for a service you didn't sign up for.

They can close your account just for using the perks

They can close your account just for using the perks, stay away. I was a member enjoying the rebates, but recently I was notified that my account was closed, and they still charged me for the last monthly fee. I didn't get my refund for that charge
