What do you like best about WebRezPro?

I've found WebRez to be a very straightforward and efficient platform when it comes to data extraction and analysis. What do you dislike about WebRezPro?

One thing I don't particularly like is the way the system applies rounding on a daily basis rather than on the total amount. This can sometimes lead to small discrepancies in final totals, which makes reconciliation a bit more time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WebRezPro?

One of the best features of WebRez Pro is the ease for which to communicate with their team. They are always available, responsive and helpful. They have always been willing to look at our programming suggestions to make the system work better for our needs.

The software itself has been great to use as we have grown and met almost all our needs. The system is quite user friendly for front line staff and relatively simple on the administration side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebRezPro?

Webrez Pro needs to work on a better gift certificate system. Their GC's are rudimentary.

The wait list does not alert in an intuitive manner. Suggestion of an automatic hold and notification to the front desk and guest for waitlist openings. The hold settings could be adjusted for a specific number of hours dependent on time out of reservation date.

The new reservations ARR/DEP/STAY menu is pretty but not as easily viewed when looking at a property with a large number of rooms. Small changes are being made all the time to improve this though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WebRezPro?

WebRezPro is exceptionally user-friendly, and the implementation process for our property was remarkably swift. Over the past 12 years, I've successfully trained individuals with varying abilities to navigate WebRezPro, and each time, the learning curve has been surprisingly short. The platform's efficiency in handling reservations, file notations, and generating reports makes it a straightforward choice. One of its standout features is multitab functionality, which greatly enhances the user experience.

The customizable report feature is another asset, allowing users to select specific parameters for information retrieval and facilitating year-to-year comparisons. WebRezPro's numerous useful features enable seamless multitasking, with multiple integrations that simplify inventory management, rate adjustments, credit card processing, and communication tasks.

The customer support provided by WebRezPro has consistently been outstanding. Whether reaching out via phone or email, their response time is prompt, and the solutions offered are logical and effective. Using WebRezPro has become a daily routine for me, and the convenience of accessing it from anywhere, be it the office or my cell phone, adds to its appeal. What do you dislike about WebRezPro?

The primary drawback of WRP lies in its group function. Although the ability to duplicate individual reservations for creating new ones, thereby saving time and preventing the repetition of information, is a helpful feature, the same convenience is lacking for group reservations. What do you like best about WebRezPro?

What do you dislike about WebRezPro?

No training system, so all training happens in the live system which can be problematic. I find when trying to adjust group allocations on sold out dates that the system will not allow changes due to seel out categories even though the rooms are held on the block space already. Typcially, this happens when trying to reduce a room type allocation but WRP will not let me change it because it is showing a lesser amount of rooms available, even though this space is being moved back to the hotel inventory.

House accounts usage is not easy to use, its cumbersome at best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WebRezPro?

Customer service is always very helpful, and it's very easy to reach someone. Usually you need to go through several channels and the agent on the phone is reading from a script. What do you like best about WebRezPro?

Excellent cloud-based solution. Comprehensive PMS including reservations management, online booking engine, housekeeping, front desk operations, and reporting. We take advantage of its ability to integrate with Salesforce. Customer support is fast and on-point always. What do you dislike about WebRezPro?

The UX interface is a bit dated and can be difficult to navigate. Would like to have more options in regards to how the front-end experience looks and feels from the customer standpoint. What do you like best about WebRezPro?

Very user friendly. Great for new users. Customer support is wonderful and quick. Regular updates with features that are very timely. Great with implimenting suggestions and needs of business. What do you like best about WebRezPro?

WRP is a simple and stable platform for smaller properties. While cost effective, intergrations can lessen the value and bring you closer to a more modern PMS. Responsive customer service, but would benifit from a ticket portal over email communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebRezPro?

I find it dated and clunky. User experience harkens back to legacy PMSs and really lacks the modern interface that makes training staff quicker. What do you like best about WebRezPro?

The customer support is friendly and respond quickly. I liked that we could integrate it into our website so that it looked nice on our website. It's easy to make changes once you have become familiar with the software. It has a lot of available features and you can create different custom reports. What do you dislike about WebRezPro?

While we do not dislike WebRezPro, we found that at times we needed to contact customer suuport for directions as they were sometimes difficult to find in Help. However customer support is very friendly and reponds quickly and so that was never a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
