Let me start off by saying i had absolutely no intention on signing up or even dealing with my debt. To be honest i get so many of these calls i was about to say something rude and hang up but he was so polite I decided to listen to the pitch again. Elias was very direct and was genuinely helpful. I only signed on because how informative and comfortable he made me. Every question and concern was answered until i understood. I probably would never have taken the steps to get out of debt if it wasnt for his great personality. My experience was great because my Debt Specialist Matthew Stimson was very helpful. Matthew went over and beyond the call of duty to assist me. He was very professional, knowledgeable, polite, respectful, and certainly understanding. I was very impressed by his expertise. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Matthew explained what to expect and how the programs works in great details. He truly cares about his customers. He is among the best world wide. Matthew deserves an employee of the year award, a monetary bonus, plus a million goal stars. Kudos to Matthew! Great job!

I recently was enrolled in Century Support Services (CSS). My credit card debt was embarrassing. I needed help and was directed to CSS. I was connected with Paul Burgess who is a Team Leader with CSS. He was kind, gentle, honest and so very gracious! I have found that communicating with the CSS Team is also so very helpful! They too are so kind, gracious and supportive. Thank You Paul for your time, honesty, and gifts! And Thank You Century Support Services for ALL you do for your clients! I had the BEST Licensed IAPDA agent named Eddie Murillo who walked me through the entire process of the Century Support Services debt consolidation program. Eddie was extremely caring, knowledgeable, and patient when it came to my concerns and doubts of the program. Ultimately, Eddie reassured me that canceling my debt within the next 3 yrs for a fraction of what I would actually be paying is doable. I wish I could’ve given Eddie Murillo 100 stars because 5 does not equate to how valuable he truly is! My words are an understatement of the manner in which Eddie handled my inquiry of becoming a client within the program. Eddie legit sealed the deal for me in signing up. I hope that Eddie will get an award for his passion and hard work towards helping others understand the debt consolidation program at Century Support Services and becoming debt free in less than 4yrs.

Volubly and vociferously valuable, I believe. But the service after the sale will be the best thing about the situation, if Brad is as straightforward as he convinced me of. chuckle He made it as quick and painless as possible and was replete with anecdotal stuff to bond over. Lmao A potentially awkward and unhappily necessary situation was nicely streamlined. Again, the proof is in the pudding and it's barely been long enough to have any sense of that aspect. So far so good!

Having been bombarded by offers online I chose Century Support Services as they had very good ratings customer reviews. I’m totally satisfied with my decision as there were no hidden fees or any information that would cause me to pause. The bottom line on this is I’ve gotten a great program to lower my monthly payments into one very acceptable payment. I’d like to give a shout out to Jeff Rubin who handled my program and understood he was dealing with a 73 year old man whose lack of financial ability was brought him to need his assistance with kindness and compassion.
