Latasia Jefferies is very helpful and considerate and helped me with the CC card amount consolidation. She's very friendly and made my stress level reduced to a negative level, with her guidance. keep up the good work guys! The CSR who conversed with me after Latasia is very considerate and explained very well of the program.

Easy to understand, explained every little thing to a tee. After listening to both explain the little things and help me understanding the in and outs of the program, I was happy as a lark. Bill was easy to talk with and lnew his stuff, so to speak., The young lady I listen to and understood everything she was expalining to me and covered thing Bill also covered, to insure all the information was correct. I know I won't need their help after this contract is completed, however if I would and will recommend Bill to be the intake rep, for sure. Thank You Both so very Much.
