I went into the call very skeptical, I am not sure how I got to this program, but am very thankful.

My day started off by being offered a small loan at 795% interest rate and ended up with someone who listened to me and cared and offered a reset. Thank you. Paul gave top tier support.

They r getting my bills paid

They r getting my bills paid. I just wish they would get ahold of them all and let them know that they will be settling with them soon so the companies will stop bothering me. If they had done that I would have given a 5 star.

Poor customer service!

The first part of the process was smooth and the representative trying to convince me that I should sign on. The dotted line was smooth. It’s after the signature that I was told different things by different people. I was charged $20 before I ever even had any activity other than making a deposit. The correspondence and the automatic communication that occurs The customer service was horrible.

Amazing People peddling an Underwhelming Product

Mike was great. I want to make sure that is clear.
I need (not want anymore, but need) a loan to survive to next month. Various policies and procedures blocked him from helping me obtain that. He did manage to consolidate two of my payments into one lower payment with a shorter timeframe, and in the long run this will save me quite a bit. But I am not in a long-run state of mind right now. I am in a desperate need to keep my nose above water state of mind, and unfortunately, this does little to help that.

Horrible

Horrible! Spent 34 months on a 48 month program and my credit plummeted. My score was 620 and went to 475 to 490 consistently. Don’t sign up with this business. They charge large fees and do not help your credit. They ruin it! They responded claiming I saved thousands of dollars but their fees are exorbitant. Run! Avoid them. They ruin your credit, charge exorbitant fees and you could negotiate yourself!

Prior to enrolling in your Century program, you are presented with a Debt Settlement Agreement (contract) which transparently outlines the terms of the program and services. This allows you to know the cost before even enrolling. Our mission is to help you resolve your debt in the shortest time possible and save you as much money as possible by negotiating favorable settlements on the balance owed. This program is not designed or intended to improve your credit rating or credit history. It is designed to get you out of debt and save you thousands of dollars. As you settle your debts, your buying power, not your credit rating, will increase and your stress level should lower. Once you complete the program and reduce your debt, you will be in a better position to rebuild your credit

You are correct that you are 34 months into your estimated 48-month program with 18 of your 20 enrolled debts successfully resolved with negotiated settlements. These settlements have provided you with a realized savings of $7,718.72, after payments to the creditor and Century’s earned settlement fee. Century does not earn a settlement fee until we do the work for our clients. This is how we show our value. When we successfully negotiate a settlement on your behalf, you accept the settlement and a first payment is initiated to the creditor, only then have we earned the right to collect the full earned settlement fee. The settlement fees are outlined in your contract on page 3, section 5 titled “Fees”. Settlement fees are based on your enrolled debt balance and never increase. While Century’s fees are earned in full, per the terms above, and eligible to be collected in full, Century will sometimes voluntarily agree to collect its earned settlement fees over several months. We extended this offer to you to help you take advantage of settlement opportunities
