Altru Health System Hires New Emergency Services Manager

Terri Lynn Graham RN, BSN, joined Altru Health System on Monday, April 2, as emergency services manager. Terri Lynn will be responsible for managing the emergency room, urgent care and elective procedures departments, overseeing approximately 75 employees to ensure excellence in patient care.

"I am honored to be a part of the Altru team,. says Terri Lynn, "and I'm excited to share my knowledge and experience" When asked why she decided to come to Altru, Terri Lynn explained, "I believe in the Altru Promise. That is what captured my attention. I wanted to work for a health system that is dedicated to improving quality of care as well as the patient's experience"

Terri Lynn was most recently director of emergency/trauma and perinatal services at Fairview Northland Regional Medical Center, and prior to that, managed the emergency department of Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids, Minn. She has a passion for emergency care, is Studer-trained and practiced a number of years as an emergency room nurse. Terri Lynn earned a bachelor of science in nursing and master's certificate in organizational leadership from St. Catherine University, Minn. Hailing from Coon Rapids, Minn., Terri Lynn is looking forward to learning more about the Greater Grand Forks community.
