Gus Hurst Construction. I hired this company 12 + months ago to replace 4 windows and install HardiBoard on my home. One window arrived defective and the hardiboard needs a cosmetic repair. Mr Hurst has made 4 appointments with me to complete the repairs. Mr hurst did not call to reschedule any of them. He just didn’t show up. Now he does not reply to my texts or answer my calls. I paid over $20,000 for this job. I would expect Mr Hurst to honor our contract and his word. He has not. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU HIRE HIM but if you do, do not pay him until the work is completed and meets your satisfaction.

These leads are a waste of money and time. All you get is tire kickers and price shoppers, most of these contacts don’t answer calls emails of text. The ones you do reach just want a price and if your not giving your services away they won’t call back either. If you’re a contractor don’t waste your money! Invest in your google reviews that you can keep and your SEO.

Tried to book an appointment for apartment cleaning. The first contractor called me to tell me that their vacuum cleaner did not work and I should cancel because they were going to pay a penalty if they did. I rebooked through angi again for the next day. The morning of , my contractor sent me a text MESSAGE with their phone number confirming that they would come by the scheduled time. Just before the scheduled time, I received a message that my appointment was rebooked for next week which I had not requested. I called Angis call center and I heard different excuses from unavailability to emergency. Unreliable. 2 CANCELLATION IN 2 DAYS FOR THE SAME JOB!

I hired contractors through Angi. The contractors came out and did their job well. Angi charged me for the service, but then did not pay the contractors. I had to pay the contractors out of my pocket so they wouldn't place a lien on my property. Angi refused to return my money. It seems to me that Angi committed fraud. I'll be looking into filing a criminal complaint against them.

Obtained 3 quotes of gutter cleaning ..... the quotes ranged from $15000 (install complete new gutters???) another was $1500(cleaning and repair) DANNY MIRANDA'S SERVICES (713) 254-4553..$380 (Cleaning & Repairs). Danny was very prompt and thorough in responding and answering all pertinent questions. He arrived on time with all the necessary tools and his work was clean and professional. He ensured the clean up after the repairs was done properly. Definitely recommend him to install new gutters and downspouts or even replace or repair eavestroughs. Thank you Danny

I recently purchased a bed from Walmart and opted for Angie's service to have it assembled. However, my experience with Angie's service has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Despite waiting for three weeks, the bed frame remains unassembled. I've called Angie's a staggering 56 times, but each time they assure me that someone will come to assemble it, yet no one shows up. This cycle of unfulfilled promises has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed.
I've never encountered such a consistently unreliable company in all my years. The lack of accountability and failure to deliver on their commitments is unacceptable.
I strongly advise against using Angie's service for bed assembly. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a more reliable option.

I have used Superior Carpet cleaning w Tom Vogler for last 8 years for cleaning carpet in my townhome. I can get an appointment set up in reasonable time, he is prompt, respectful of our space, brings all of his own equipment. Price is also reasonable. We move as much stuff as we can out of his way! Does an awesome job. I like the non chemical odor after too! Thanks Tom.

I got someone off this stupid website and they stole from me!!!! the person who "cleaned" my house washed all my clothes then put it back in the hamper WET. I paid for 3 hours they left after an hour and 30 min.i have them leaving in my ring camera when they said they were still cleaning my house. what a joke. this company is doing NOTHING. they dont care about anyone I am getting the police involved.

Needed some garage work done. Went to Angi site and listed what I needed done, just to get info on companies available in my area. Didn't get any actual useful information on companies, but did start getting calls from the companies originally listed by Angi as possible matches. I really don't want constant phone calls. I just want ratings and information so I can make an informed decision and can contact the company myself. Enough with all the phone calls just for trying to do research before hiring.

Having cleaners like Sakala Clean Team makes life easier when you work full time and don't have time to do the cleaning yourself, she came in last minute in a emergency time frame because I have family coming in town so I needed the place spotless. Good job and she was affordable

I hired a contractor to close a pool. They didn't know what they were doing and caused thousands of dollars worth of damage. I fought for months and they refused to pay for the repair despite providing quotes from a pool company for the repair and an explanation that it was caused by the person who closed it.
