Helping Shape Brighter Futures

We start with trauma-informed care.
By creating a safe, trauma-informed environment for students to
connect with healthy adults, we can help to reduce the lingering effects of trauma and foster resilience.

We invest in long-term relationships with each kid and family.
We start working with kids as young as 3 years old and journey with the whole family until the kids turn 21.

We take a local, team approach.
From summer camps and after school tutoring to transportation and one-on-one mentoring, our Monroe volunteers and staff come together to provide age-appropriate, holistic care for each family member.
Our Focus
Team Up works with the whole family to provide trauma-informed services around mentoring, wellness, education, and empowerment.
