New Layer of Security for Online and Mobile Banking
Fidelity Bank has implemented one-time password (OTP) authentication for password changes, profile changes, transfers, and new enrollments. If any of these actions are initiated, an OTP will be sent to the registered email address on file and must be entered to proceed. We have also increased our security questions for new enrollments and profile updates. If you do not have an email on file, you can register your email by visiting your local Fidelity Bank branch during normal business hours or by contacting our Client Care Center at 1-800-388-4380; Mon.-Fri.: 8:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. and Sat: 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
