Goto handles all of our store needs. It is extremely user friendly and I love that everything can be adjusted automatically by us using the admin dashboard. Additionally the cohesion with the app is an absolute must have. What we like best about GoTo Connect is how seamlessly it blends functionality with ease of use. The primary area where GoTo Connect could improve is the reporting interface. While the available filters are effective, the overall user experience feels a bit clunky and could benefit from a more traditional layout for entering report parameters. A cleaner, more structured UI would make it easier to generate and customize reports quickly, especially for team members who aren't as tech-savvy. Its fairly straight forward to get new users & phone numbers set up. Creating ring plans is the easiest we have utilized. Customer service is responsive, and keeps the support ticket open until issues are resolved. We have 400+ users in our portal & many different dial plans created, all work without much of any issues. Work from anywhere, easy to make configuration adjustments, all channels have near identical quality for seamless support. Mobile, softphone, and desk phone usage is consistent and easy for users. Setup and maintenance is much easier than our old solutions, and can be done on the fly without any disruptions. Software is simple to deploy, licensing is singular and reasonable, and the UI made training and implementation quite a lot more straightforward than other systems we've implemented. Reporting could be easier to use and more robust. Generating reports to get at what you specifically need can be difficult, though there have been improvements to this.

I have 4 retail stores and the phones in 1 store quit working. I emailed GOTO to get "REPLACEMENT" NOT ADD ON phones. I called the cusotmer support team to get them installed. After 5+ hours the GOTO representative said everything was fixed. It was almost closing time for the store. I received a complaint from Corporate stating the phones were not working. Accutally it was ringing at one of my other stores. I then check all the stores and 3 of the 4 stores phone were routed to the wrong store. I called back the next day to customer service and after another 4 hours of my and my employees time at each store GOTO got it corrected. Then I received my CC bill where I pay my reoccuring payment each month and it went up nearly 100.00. I authorized no changes to my bill. There shoul d be no change to my bill for replacing exsiting phones. I was also told I would receive a credit for my and my employeess time lost for GOTO installing the phone wrong. I have now emailed and called multiple times and no one can or will help. GOTO representatives only say they have forwarded to Finance which you can not speak with. I have everything in email so I will be turning this over to an attorney. DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fax process is the most frustrating thing for end users. The method of sending it as a fax is complicated and very details. You have to have the subject link and email address perfect. The email address requires the fax to number, so it changes every time. It is the least like feature amoung our staff. It is also the thing I received the most issue reports from. Web admin portal is very easy to use. We have complex routing and the visual interface makes it a snap to set up. Also, being able to provision phones with very little effort is a bonus.
