I know if go to the store with a letter quoting the 2013 regs, they’ll just quote their returns policy at me. How can I escalate this to someone with the authority to issue the refund?

@Argos_Online @alisonwkent @One4allGiftUK Yes, I know. I have sucessfully paid with @One4allGiftUK cards on the Argos website many times in the past. However, for the past 2 weeks it's not been possible to pay with them online at Argos. I have now tried three different cards over 10 days and always get an error message.

@Argos_Online @alisonwkent @One4allGiftUK The problem has still not been resolved. I gave it a week and tried again today, but keep getting the same error message. Clearing cookies and my browsing history does not help. Can you please fix this so that @One4allGiftUK cards can again be used to pay on the Argos website?

I rang argos to be told to place the order again and yet again it has taken my payment but the order is still in my basket. Nearly everything is showing as unavailable, even reviews won't load

@Argos_Online Dear customers of argos. We are organising collective legal action against Argos for breach for customer rights. If anyone had issues with Argos returns/refunds or been directed to 3rd party while your items not older that 2 years please drop me DM and I will direct to solicitor
