Utility Point Portal Access

Options
Hi I am with the recently defunct Utility Point and have been since their start .

How do you know what the exact state of your account is when the "Portal" is not giving you access to your account? I thought their website and email said you would still have access.

    Welcome back to MSE.

I wonder if there is any suitable advice for you in the existing thread here?

Can you calculate from your last read statement balance...what DD(s) have been paid since and how many units of gas and electric have been used?

I'm £216 in credit and they had just told me that they were putting my DD up! At least I don't have to argue about that now.

I would recommend downloading all your statements now, while you still have the chance.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.

If you're talking to me, I'm good that way. Download them every month.
