This company is a scam. wish I had done my research first. they will take money from your card but if you try to withdraw, they will not. I have read they were being taken to court for misconduct, Google it!
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Will be reporting this company after reading all of the reviews from others stating the same thing. 100% illegal. Everyone else should too to get the site shut down. ACTION FRAUD are who you need to report to if you have had trouble too, government recommended advice.

Like many of the people here my withdrawals are missing....
I've been using lottoland for a while I'm fully verified etc and the withdrawals have always taken 24hrs

I had a decent win and am on day 4 of waiting for a £450 withdrawal, when I've checked my bank statement they haven't processed any of my withdrawals since May, I'm about £700 out of pocket at this point.
I've had absolutely no communication to tell me there is an issue with my account or withdrawals, lottoland have just sat on my money, and like everyone else has found there is absolutely no way to speak to an actual human being, so awaiting the email reply that will no doubt be another month to find out why they can take my money but not return it all of a sudden ugh.

At first the site was pretty decent, win to lose ratio was pretty good in comparison. However I requested a withdrawal over 2 weeks ago which I've still not received. The company makes it very hard to deal with this, as there is no direct contact number that works. I've emailed twice and all I've received back is two automated responses. Now reading reviews it seems this is quite a common problem. Now I'm not sure to use this site anymore as you could potentially be putting money in to win an amount you might never receive

Avoid this scam of a company. Sent money by bank transfer and it never appeared in my account. I contacted them numerous times without response. I then deposited by card and won some money and withdrew and my money never arrived and no response again when I tried to contact them about it.

I won 500£ last withdraw them next day in my account, now I won 3700£ on 1.7.2025 and now my account is closed and no respond at all from their side so I send email they responded they need verify me so I'm send everything week ago been told in 72 hours I will get my withdrawal now is one week and nothing happened and no response from them anymore
UPDATE :Day 8 still not received my withdrawal received another email today saying again same what they set a week ago another 72 hours to wait, my wife use them back in February 2024 and till today she not received withdrawal of 2500£ last email what she got from them saying they refuse to pay withdrawal because she got mental health issues 😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
