Been playing on this site for some time now won quite a few times but it's always small amounts here and there i don't know how to check my total deposits I've made or winnings I've had but I'm guessing I've deposited alot more than winning. I thought I would try lottoland mainly because oddschecker keeps recommending them.
I must admit when I saw a lot of negative reviews I was thinking why am I bothering
The app is easy to navigate
made a deposit also made a withdrawal money back in my account next day. So I think loads of pluses and I think they deserve some credit.
I would certainly recommend them

When you discover you need to send Id wait till you can send all on one email . Remember to make sure pdf . I have a scanner so that helped , you can contact your bank online to produce bank statement early and then pdf directly onto the email . I sent passport pdf and council tax pdf and also the selfie and passport next to face / ask them to confirm all in order when you email . Do not send any screenshots ! Best wishes / advised today my money will arrive today , initially asked for withdrawal a week ago . Money has arrived

Appalling customer service.
Emailed all documents in May to verify my account to allow a withdrawal, received a response within 48 hours asking for them in a different format. Resent them 2 weeks a
go and have had no response or acknowledgement even after chasing them up every other day.

Very easy to deposit your money but proving impossible to withdraw any!

You will lose you money

I have played countless online casinos over the years, lottoland has the worst RTP I have ever experienced, the slots are extremely tight. Takes hundreds of spins to achieve a bonus then bonus payouts are less than X10. There are better casinos out there to try your luck on, I would a avoid this one.

If you value your time, your sanity, or any semblance of a functional customer interaction, run — don't walk — in the opposite direction.
They are ecstatically, lightning-fast happy to take your money, processing deposits with frictionless efficiency. But the moment you actually need them, when a problem arises or you have a critical question, they vanish into thin air. It's a stark, infuriating contrast that highlights where their true priorities lie: your wallet, not your peace of mind.
Let's start with the response times. Weeks. Weeks! In an age where most companies respond within hours, Lottoland operates on a geological timescale. You send an urgent query, and then... nothing. Crickets. Tumbleweeds. Your issue will likely resolve itself or become utterly irrelevant by the time their phantom support team decides to grace you with a response. It's less like customer service and more like a message in a bottle cast out to sea, hoping it washes ashore eventually.
And the live chat? Don't even bother. It's a cruel joke. "Live" implies presence, availability, and actual human interaction. New customer. Not the best site. Staked £20 didn't get my free spins. Scratch is rubbish. Low wins. Will be sticking with lottomart.

Worried?

so far made decent money, great selection of sport betting matches especially in the cricket.

I withdrew 2 days ago all my money, I am still waiting for the money to hit my account. reading all the reviews I am worried on how long it will take and if it will even come.

I have sent several emails no responses.
no updates.
Live chat is a bot. Agents are never available.
The contact phone number does not work as well.

Should I stay worried or will I receive my money sometime soon?

Lottoland this is all down to you. If i receive my money I will definitely let everyone know and will continue using the site.

UPDATE: FINALLY GOT A RESPONSE SAYING ACCOUNT IS VERIFIED VIA EMAIL AFTER MANY EMAILS. STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY TO COME INTO MY ACCOUNT. WILL UPDATE IF I GET IT.

I have emailed them on 1st June to confirm they have not paid out all my winnings and they have ignored my emails repeatedly and now I can't access my account as I have to submit manage my spend and when I complete it the submit button does not work.

Without doubt the worse company to deal with and I will be reporting them.

Made an account few days ago. Won some money so withdrew my winnings yesterday. Still waiting for the payment to come in. Not good takes ages to pay out !

1 star is harsh Not good takes ages to pay out !! Don’t reply. I’ve been waiting a week for 160£ yeah u can get some huge wins but the hassle is crazy !! eventually I was paid out after a week. Terrible customer service to begin with however improved and winnings received.

Registered with Lottoland the morning of 15/06/2025, deposited funds without any issues as account was verified electronically. Won a considerable amount after placing a few bets on football, withdrew approx £4300 after 2hrs, was advised withdrawal would take 24hrs however may take up to 5 days depending on banking procedures outwith their control, this was via email.
Fast forward 36hrs, no correspondence and no funds after email to support, bot chat which was poor and several attempted phone calls however phone number is not in use.
The site itself was easy to navigate re football betting however withdrawal time, no customer service replies let it down considerably thus holding 2 stars at this time. Will update to hopefully increase user experience in due course.
Update 19/06/2025 - After a couple days of PDF/JPEG documents in the correct format being sent to customer support final verification was complete and within the hour winnings was received. Customer support (Patrik) was of help with prompt replies so overall experience improved greatly. No idea how good games/casino etc are however football betting was easy to follow.

I am currently awaiting 2 £103.00 withdrawals, I made a £5 withdrawal prior to this withdrawal which was recieved relatively quick (1 working day) … However its now been 24 hours and coupled with the plethora of horror stories regarding delayed withdrawals on larger withdrawals… I am beginning to worry.

Opened my account 2 weeks ago lost 400 then won 800 withdrew it and a few hours later they closed my account saying unusual gambling. Account opened back after 5 days still haven't received withdrawal yet. The worst site ever will definitely close account after or if ever I'm paid.

This is a terrible site stay away unless tmyou want to be ripped off ! The so called random generated numbers on roulette are absolutely not random . Where on a real wheel do you get the same number come up 5 times in 8 spins or 20 reds in a row ? This site is a disgusting rip off .

Been using site for about 1 year had some good wins got money no problem. But 2 days ago tried to take £500 out account got closed as they say i am using multiple accounts lies.Now I have to wait until they investigate it which could take any time they want.Never heard so much garbage in my life they just don't want to pay out as I won £1000 the week before got paid with in 24 hrs.So why now has this problem been raised had nothing but good things to say about this site but now I am having same problems as everyone else trying to get money out.Getting in touch with them is hopeless but did eventually get someone after 6 hours of trying to get told they will look into it.Loved using site but will never use again will give update if I get my money have about £600 in my account Hi got email yesterday at 8.30 after I had sent all documents saying everything was fine account active again. 26 hrs later account still closed and can't get in touch with anyone sent more emails see what happens. Still no reply getting a joke now.I have just received an email 19.10 saying sorry for saying your account is active but it is still banned no reason just nothing so I will have to phone the gambling commission and take it as far as I could they can't just steal your money if you done that any where else you would be jailed. £600 is mine not there's. Update 17/06/2025 still no further forward account still closed asked them why said don't have to give reason. Emails getting ignored, bot a waste of time,agents hopeless, I would advise anybody never use this site you won't get your money
