Midstream operator Kinetik to acquire Durango Permian for up to $840m

The cash and stock deal with the Morgan Stanley Energy Partners affiliate enables Kinetik to gain access to the Kings Landing complex, a natural gas gathering facility under construction in the Permian Basin with a processing capacity of 200 million cubic feet per day
