Was given a free sim for six months from the Trussell Trust, however had to beg for it's renewal every month via their chat service, alas it was an utter waste of time.

Staff were 1st class very helpful and knowledgeable about everything, I had to do nothing other than read and sign my contract ,phone set up and transfer of files from old phone done for me.

Went there qry about renewing my contract as I thought I would have to move elsewhere to get the deal I wanted. But was I surprised the advisor and manager looked and offered a good deal which I was very happy with and I was only there 10 to 15 minutes to get the new phone and contract,very happy.

I visited Tesco mobile Stroud in hopes to find my first phone and contract. I found the whole process of buying my first phone contract very smooth and stress free with the amazing help of Paige who even stayed past her shift to make sure I was confident and 100% happy before I purchased. She was extremely helpful and thorough when explaining all the technical details but didn’t make it feel overwhelming. Also another colleague (Kelly) who wasn’t on shift but in fact just doing her own shopping in store came over and helped me chose the best accessories to protect my new phone and was extremely helpful in guiding me to make my decision. On the whole what could of been a very daunting and overwhelming experience was made a supportive and educational process. I am so grateful for the help provided from Paige and Kelly, I would definitely recommend to others. Thank you for everything I really appreciate it.

The staff are very welcoming, treat you with respect, they are very friendly give you all the time you need, find you the best deals to suit your needs. Go out of their way to sort out any problems you may have. Would definitely recommend the Redditch branch.

I have been without signal since 9th March. Whenever I contact Tesco Mobile I get the same responses, try turning your phone off and on again, take out your sim and wipe the gold area and finally there is a problem with the mast in your area please be patient we are working hard to resolve the issue.
In this time I have been unable to use my phone both at home and work 12 miles away, almost missed out on an important promotion because I was not contactable and was unable to be reached when my daughter was taken ill at school.
This is not good enough Tesco, 2 months without being able to fix the problem is beyond the joke.
Addition in response to the reply from Tesco. There is no issue with my SIM or my phone. In some areas I have perfect signal. This is an issue with your masts, this has been confirmed when contacting Tesco Mobile directly.
