Speedy and smooth process from placing the SIM card order, to porting over my number, it all happened in a matter of days without any issues.

Went to Tesco Leigh Lancashire - My contract with 02 was almost at an end. Young man (joe) was so helpful. I had decided to switch to SIM only, 02 was expensive. As an elderly user data needed was not high as online etc, I use my lap top. Great deal, great customer service from Joe not too technical for OAP.
