Accessing your Sky Yahoo Mail

To access your Sky Yahoo Mail emails through sky.com:

  1. Go to the top right corner, select Sign In and log in with your Sky iD.
  2. Once you're signed in, select your name/username or the person icon in the top right corner and select Yahoo Mail.

Set up Sky Yahoo Mail on your device

Follow the instructions below to set up emails on your mobile, tablet or computer.

If you access your emails on your device using an email app, like Outlook or Apple Mail, we recommend you update to the latest version of the app. This helps to ensure a consistent experience, as you're accessing your emails through an app with the latest features, enhanced security standards and better usability.

  • Apple Mail on iOS 9.0 or later (iPhone or iPad)
  • Apple Mail on macOS 10.11 El Capitan or later (Mac)
  • Gmail on Android version 5.0 (Lollipop) or later
  • Outlook for iOS and Android
  • Windows 10 Mail

You can still sign in to your emails through sky.com.

Changing your password

If you change your Sky iD password, remember to update your email app with your new password, using the instructions below. Please note: If you used a unique app password to set up emails on your device, you don’t need to update your password.

To sync your new Sky iD password with your email apps, follow this link to Unlock your emails. If you get this error:" Uh-oh...We can't recover your account online because there are no other options on file for your account." Don't worry, just select Start again.

Having problems?

If your emails have stopped working on your device, remove your Sky Yahoo Mail account and add the account again following the steps below.

You can't create a new email account through Sky as we no longer offer this service.

Test it's working

Send a test email from your email app to your Sky Yahoo Mail account, wait a few seconds and confirm that you've got the email through the email app.

If you leave the email subject field blank or only have the word "test", it might be flagged as spam and end up in your Junk mail/Spam folder.

If it hasn't worked, go to Problems accessing Sky Yahoo Mail.
