Poshmark - Can't log in through my phone
I just signed in with my username ClassicPic5. Whenever I put my password, it always says that my username does not match my password.
I tried changing my password but it still does the same. However I could log in through my desktop using my username.
I found out that in my account at poshmark, my username is all lower cased letters (the C & the P ) The reason I chose an upper case letter for those two letters with a number 5, was because someone already has that username (classicpick) all in lowercase. I don't want it confused with mine.
Reason of review: Can't log in through my phone.
Preferred solution: Kindly check if the letters in my username are case sensitive. ClassicPic5 and classicpick username are totally different accounts. Mine is ClassicPic5, but it seemed in my wall, the capital letters was change to a lowercase letters..

I'm having the problem on my desktop and my phone and iPad. I feel bad because I purchased something a few days ago and I can't confirm for the seller that its good nor can I leave her a review. It was a great purchase and Poshmark keeps bugging me to review her and there's no way I can.
I tried to change my PW on the app, it wonโt update but is still working for some reason- the desktop version keeps looping me back to login and doesnโt work at all! They need to fix this ASAP
I cannot login to Posh at all, not from phone, not from desktop...Keeps saying PW is wrong, but even after resetting PW AGAIN, it says login information is incorrect...Really?!!

So Iโm not the only one having this problem? Iโve been locked out for the last two days.

Ditto: can't log in, then created a new account, put all my info in and I submit order won't work. I can't even access the account to delete it.
Same problems here - customer service does absolutely nothing! It Is frustrating! I thought it was my password so I changed it 5 times and I still canโt log in !!!
I just tried to log in on my iPhone and it says the SAME!! No problem logging in when Iโm at home using laptop!!!
I'm having the same problem. I can login via desktop just fine, but when trying to login to the app, it says I'm using the wrong username or password. I'm using an iPhone X.

I can't either it's been a few days at first I did delete and reinstall now I get to the log in it said UNABLE TO LOG IN not that's the password wrong or anything I can type anything said same thing I can log in my computer OK laptop OK but my phone I can't unless I'm in desktop the app is the problem what do I do I was deleting the app and reinstall for a couple days that worked but now it won't log me in at all account is good I just can't on my phone ??? I have a galaxy s5

I'm having the exact same problem with logging into the poshmark app with MY GALAXY S5!!! I've tried everything too.
I've also been emailing back and forth with customer service. They last asked me about my phone model, app version, wanted screen shots, all of which I've sent.
I'm still waiting to hear back. At least I'm not alone!
same problem im having. can login on computer but not app, cleared cache, cleared data, uninstalled then reinstalled and nothing.

I am glad I found this. The same thing just happened to me. I can sign in with computer but not app.
Mobile app updated now login doesn't work. Full site login is fine. I emailed Posh 4 days ago about the mobile app problem, still no response...
