Ordered two men’s sweaters , returned one using enclosed paperwork.
Kept the one sweater , but after one wear , completely lost it’s shape
BUT now have no paperwork to do another return.
Cannot get through as the phone goes to automated system , I’ve tried about 6 times using all the different options.
E mailed them, asking for a return label. They say contact My Hermes.
My Hermes say the retailer has to request label from them !
I’m now going to print off my order, and send the sweater back to their head office and let them deal with it .
Also closing my account
