Bought couple pair of moccasins

Bought couple pair of moccasins. Delivery was quick. The shoes are comfortable well made. Perfect fit lovley colours black and navy..really pleased also the price is unbeatable for a pair of leather shoes..brill

Poor service

Had a discount code for Sunday only so I ordered a coat costing £130. The parcel arrived nice and promptly Monday afternoon but it wasn't the coat I had ordered, it was a much cheaper coat. I went on to live chat and was told to send it back and they would refund the delivery fee! (gee thanks!). They also said I could reorder the original coat and they would honour the discount code but I would have to request this after dispatch (they did say they would send me a transcript of the live chat but this never happened! I had screenshot the chat just in case).

I reordered the coat and for 2 days the order status was 'awaiting dispatch' then on the 3rd day the order was cancelled. I wasn't contacted to be informed of this and all of a sudden this coat is no longer available on the webiste, it is however available on JD Williams which is the same company!

I have used Marisota for years and had some nice items but this recent experience has been so annoying I'm not sure I will be bothering again in the future.

Disgusting company

Disgusting company
Placed a large order then had to cancel last minute due to personal issues
Had this confirmed
Only to have the huge order show up on my door step today
All items cheap and cheerful
All being returned
Stay clear of purchasing cushions they come flat packed.

Horrific

Horrific. Fraud on my account and now being chased for £459 / paying minimum payments to not effect my credit but I don’t owe this money. No balances available or statements and no replies

Fraudulent debt, never give your detail.

We suddenly received a letter from this compamy that we owe money from them. Also we received the letter from them that there is an issue is credit purchase so they cancelled the order. I called customer services.they said it is automatic invoice. I cannot believe them. I reported police,if they continue to send a letter demanding money, I need to go ombsman ,whatever it is,this company is awful,better off never give any of your personal information.making up debt and haunts you. Mine is total fraudulent activity but still they cannot manage to stop sending out letter to ask for payment. Oh my god.Shameful.

WOrdered 2 bras on 5th July paid by…

WOrdered 2 bras on 5th July paid by CCard immediately. Did not open an account. (Thank goodness!) received email confirmation due to be delivered on 7th. Hermes sent info delayed 48 hrs. Rang Marisota on 10th. Customer services contacted Hermes who did not explain the delay but said they would send an cexplanation in another 48 hours. I think they should use another delivery firm. Will not deal with Marisota again because they put false info about delivery times. Wish I could give no stars, but at least the complaints chap was polite. Aaron was his name.

Orders cancelled claiming card issuer declining payment

Can't even order. Both my partner and I have placed orders and each time we get the order confirmation email only for the next day to be told "unfortunately your card issuer has informed us that your payment has been declined" despite the money leaving my account. Suspect they have items on their website that don't exist to boost their placing on Google searches. Invoked right to be forgotten, but they have failed to comply. Avoid!

Awful returns experience

Website is okay. Prices are good. Items arrived as expected. However the problems start when trying to make a return - no advice note in the parcel so no returns address label. Contact details on the website are no use - the phone number link says "number not recognised"! Finally got the number, spent minutes going round in circles on their automated system before finally speaking to an advisor. Was given the returns address, have used google maps to check it and it's a terraced house?? This company make it incredibly difficult to return an item. I'm not hopeful of getting my money back once the parcel is sent back...
This is my first and last time using Marisota.

HELP

Please,there has to be someone out there to help us customers to get this companies Interest Rates lowered. Out of every £110 pound I pay, only £30 gets taken off my total owing. We have no chance of clearing what we owe,unless we get an influx of extra money from somewhere. Highly unlikely amid this pandemic. Everyone is struggling and we need Marisota to help everyone and LOWER YOUR INTEREST RATES

Great because you can spread the cost and find clothes for big women

I love Marisota. Opened an account with them about 2 years ago and have been buying online since then. Recently they've been having a problem with parcel collection - I always order more than one size for choice and then return the one that doesn't fit -, reason why I won't give them 5 stars. But overall great site sand you can spread the cost, which is very handy.

It's been 2-3 weeks and nothings yet…

It's been 2-3 weeks and nothings yet been delivered! No one got in touch to see why these products failed to deliver even though we had 3 booked cancellations due to unknown warehouse issues. This was our first time with Maristo and definitely would be our last! Eventually I think we're going to end up travelling 100 miles to the warehouse and pick it up ourselves because summer would be over by the time they decide to deliver the goods.

Best catalog ever

Excellent company with good start-off credit facilities. My first parcel, part of it I didn't received though Marisota staff were extremely helpful and tried to trace it but when couldn't they offered me to re order it which I will at a later date. The repayments are affordable and returns are quick and new orders quickly sent out. No problems with them at all. More catalog companies should be like this.

Standards and service have slipped badly.

I have used Marisota for 5 years and have generally had no problems but the past 2 months the service has been really bad.
I have returned unwanted items which despite being in the same parcel have not been credited to my account. After they investigated they credited my account however, the same thing happened 3 weeks ago and despite emailing them 3 times and messaging them via Facebook, I have been ignored. Livechat is constantly down.
Once my annual postage ends next month I will go elsewhere and advise anybody else to avoid this company!

One star is one too many

Would not put any stars, but could not open the window if I did not!
Shoes failed to arrive, despite being told repeatedly they were ready for collection in Hermes collection point.
Telephoned Marisota, who basically told me they could send another pair if I paid AGAIN!!! The woman I spoke to, just kept saying that she was sorry but as I was cash buyer, it was their policy...
Do not use them, as they don't give a fig about their customers!!!!

Dreadful.

Dreadful.
Ordered two men’s sweaters , returned one using enclosed paperwork.
Kept the one sweater , but after one wear , completely lost it’s shape
BUT now have no paperwork to do another return.
Cannot get through as the phone goes to automated system , I’ve tried about 6 times using all the different options.
E mailed them, asking for a return label. They say contact My Hermes.
My Hermes say the retailer has to request label from them !
I’m now going to print off my order, and send the sweater back to their head office and let them deal with it .
Also closing my account

Misleading

Signed up for an account as the website states 25% off your first order! after credit account had been set up lo and behold it was all a lie misleading and has prob cost me a mark on my credit score for nothing down right sneaky they can shove it where the sun doesn't shine 👍

I have never purchased anything from marisota, but continually receiving demands for payment this…

I have never purchased any6from this company but regularly receive texts from them demanding various amounts of payments which I always ignore....the best of it is they don't even use my correct name,fortunately I'm not daft enough to fall for this scam but I worry that some frightened people would pay up as the messages do threaten late payment fees to be added on. I have looked on line for this company and have attempted to send an email to customer services but all failed so now I just delete and ignore the message

Absolutely awful company to deal with…

Absolutely awful company to deal with when you receive a faulty large item! They can’t get it collected (another diabolical company issue!) but also still won’t refund me after 9 months now. Disgusting service.
Going round in circles. I have provided evidence of the broken item and now they just ignore me.
