Issue with subscription

I had an issue where Postcode Lottery had been unable to take my monthly subscription. Suspicious of an email, I rang them directly and spoke to operator Becky. She was understanding, helpful and very polite. In no time I'd reset my direct debit and felt valued as a customer.

Great customer service

Great customer service, friendly, helpful and kind. Brilliant so many charities receiving help and great to hear of local charities being helped. Incredibly happy that i can be play a part in that also. Thank you postcode lottery.

A very expert and professional service

Naomi was very friendly and very helpful. She completed exactly what we asked for in a timely manner. She also gave us a number of alternative options and ensured we were informed of what would happen.

Customer service like no other

I think the customer service is so lovely the way they give you hope that you might be the next lucky one to win and give you so much warmth and politeness. I don’t think no one can ever beat the customer service I get at peoples postcode lottery.

Spoke to James today

Spoke to James today, this is the 3rd experience I've had speaking with staff at postcode lottery and they're all absolutely superb.
Very polite and helpful.

i had a problem with my payment…

i had a problem with my payment schedule when i won a prize they could not pay it into my bank account, my fault as i had wrong details, they were very good and let me know and i phoned and spoke to a lovely lady, i think her name was millie, and she explained it all to me, so i won and got my money. i love supporting this charity.

Setting up new portal

Neil was brilliant explained everything about the new portal very clearly also told me about some of the charities in my area benefiting from this money neil was really good 👍 came across as a very lovely person

Easy set up.

Just started using postcode lottery so my first draw isn't till June , but it is really easy to set up and get started , no problems whatsoever. And direct debit means you will never miss a draw .

The m&s vouchers I won couldn't access…

The m&s vouchers I won couldn't access them to spend, would be better on an e card ,email .I was not informed it had gone to £12 till I saw it on my banking app ,certain postcodes (areas )are picked a lot more than others, I accept its supposed to be random ,but at least with the lottery I can pick if and when I want to play ,I have won more on that ,it seems to be just a front for charities.

A great company who puts people clearly…

A great company who puts people clearly in the picture about what they could potentially win and the how the money raised is used for great purposes. Much better experience than playing the National lottery which has a massive drop in excellence since the take over

WINNING

I WON FIRST TIME ROUND, £20 SO THAT PAID FOR THE NEXT MONTHS INSTALMENT - HURRAH. IT WILL BE A MIRACLE IF I EVER WIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT BU I CAN ALWAYS HOPE. THE LOYYERY "FIRM" IS GOOD

Very kind and friendly operative, answered my question and made sure my subscription was cancelled as requested. Only one downside to the call, should give callers option to wait without the theme song cos it not my thing! 😂

Thanks for the very quick and warm welcome, supplying all the relevant information and easy to follow joining instructions.
Unfortunately, wasn't aware that my first payment of £12.pounds, at that point of submission, was for 5.DAYS ONLY, which was the time left for that player period !.

My call handler

My call handler, was lovely, he talked me through everything, thanked me for being part of the postcode lottery, told me what causes are being supported in my area and wished me all the best in my new home. It was an absolute pleasure speaking to him, it can be frustrating at times talking to people who don’t understand what you are trying to do but my call handler was exceptional .

Changing everything in house from a joint account to a single account. Most places made this extremely difficult, but PPCL made it easy.

Not happy

Not happy. I play the postcode lottery and so far I have won two pairs of socks made from fishing nets, a selection of twinnings tea bags and a Marks and Spencer voucher that didn't work..I signed up to win money (sad I know) but...
