Great taste with no waste

We decided to give Gousto a try as we were in a food rut! Generous discounts for 2 months, ordering 3 meals for 2 each week, 90+ dishes per week to choose from, delivered to my door, well packaged in recyclable materials.
Recipe cards are clear and easy to follow. Ingredients are portioned to prevent any waste. All chilled food is in a separate insulated box with ice packs to keep everything as fresh as possible and the items go straight into the fridge. I sort all the other ingredients in to 3 separate bags with the recipe card inside to ensure everything is in order.
So far, we have been pleased with the meals and will likely continue but maybe less often than weekly as our recipe repertoire is expanding!!!

Makes life so much easier!

Gousto really helps make with ease on work nights, portion control, giving us a mix of new and tasty food and taking the hard work away from planning/shopping/cooking. Having been initially sceptical, we are totally converted, the meals are delicious and a great range.

Can’t fault the food

Can’t fault the food. Lovely meals. Only problem is delivery. The boxes are just left outside. No doorbell ring or notification that the box has been left. One delivery a few weeks ago didn’t arrive until 3 days later and we had to waste everything. Full refund was given. Gousto are great, DPD are rubbish!!

Gousto has human customer services

We’ve used Gousto now for 2-3 years
The recipes are good (or else we wouldn’t still use)
what is noticeable is the customs svc. Replies are swift , polite and human ! Ways forward are suggested not defences about why it has happened. Really quite impressive and encourages a longer term relationship vs my experience with some others

Fantastic!

Ordering for two months every week already and still not disappointed. Deliveries are always on time, recipes are very nice and tasty! Comparing to HelloFresh (had it before), I prefer gousto. I don't have to pay extra for a nice recipe like in hello fresh and the box comes with less packaging, everything is loose, which I prefer. Also, there is more variety of recipes, more meaty stuff and more challenging recipes. Portion sizes are enough for me and my partner, absolutely no food waste, all the time everything goes because it's super delicious and stuffing. Love it!

Best meal kit service out there

Gousto has been so good and unlike any other meal kit service we have used before. Previously, we have struggled with food quality and the consistency of getting high quality good food, however with Gousto we have not had this problem. The food is always of high quality, well packaged and with great long expiry dates. Where a few small errors have occurred with ingredients occasionally, the resolution was swift and friendly from customer service and the compensation received was reasonable.

The meals to chose from each week are varied enough to keep things fresh whilst also being able to have favourites that you can come back to time and again.

Would highly recommend!

horrible company

horrible company! dont care about costumers. i ordered my first eve box!
it has never arrived it was out for delivery
spend all afternoon inside my flat waiting they promised it’s on its way then the next day they say it has not even been packed
and they just offered refund
NO COMPENSATION WHAT SO EVER spending g hrs waiting and chatting to them
stay away

A delightful culinary experience.

Box always arrives on time. Good details for delivery. Packing is absolutely amazing.
There is no spills, or squashed items. Produce is first class. Always fresh and a delight to unpack. The meat is absolutely the best! The recipes are bright and easy to follow. The finished product has not disappointed. I can recommend Gusto to everyone.

Better than MC

I've been a customer of an alternative meal box for a long time and used to love it. However, their service has been getting worse and worse so I tried Gousto as a possible replacement.
I've now had at least 20 meals and its been excellent. Great variety, recipes that make sense and I've never had an issue with any ingredients so far. I've now made the switch and cancelled my MC sub for good - this is a better service.

Great service

Great service, sometimes the recipes need a little twick like more salt, less spice. The discount offers received by email don't always work but customer service is helpful. Definitely enjoy having variance in my weekly meals

Absolutely disappointed 😞 had three…

Absolutely disappointed 😞 had three meals all containing chicken expiry dates stated 14/05 so on the 10/05 went to have a meal the chicken was off, so opened the next packet of chicken that was off and the next. Absolutely disgusted.. Nice idea but unfortunately not executed well, just not acceptable

Every recipe so far has been packed…

Every recipe so far has been packed with flavour, easy enough to follow and good portions. Not too large or too small. No food waste is great but the best part is not having to think about what to make for dinner, just choose from your selection. I'm currently using the discount but not sure if I can continue at full price, I may revise to Every other week as a treat. Very happy customer so far on week three.

I have ordered from gousto for years…

I have ordered from gousto for years and been pleased with my deliveries. Yesterday I received an email offering a 20% discount. I looked at the recipes on offer and put 5 in my basket, as I always do, planning on coming back to it after thinking about it. I very definitely did not check out. I know exactly how to use the system to order. This morning I checked my bank account only to find that £50 had been taken without my permission from my bank account. I phoned gousto immediately and after much back and forth they promised to refund the £50 which will take up to a week. This is not good enough. Don't take money without permission.

Very pleased

This was only our third delivery but, as with the previous two, all was great. All ingredients, no matter how small, were present and correct and fresh as could be.
We're very much looking forward to our next box arriving tomorrow!

great communication/ grest food

great communication, been having gousto fur about 4 years now , we are a family of 4 , one veggie and one gluten free, it’s really easy to use and great value as there’s no waste. i work full time avd don’t always have time to shop but i no it’s all there fir our tea abd my kids and husband can help to make it as it is all there to follow on a recipe card. The produce is always high standard .

I contacted customer support because my gusto parcel had not arrived. They asked for my details, which I gave. then then said they said "Thanks for the info, please bear with me while I try to locate your account"
Shortly after I get a message that "No agents were available" Abruptly ended our conversation with no resolution.

Food has been amazing so many different 5 star restaurant quality on each dish, readily made up meals
Tasting quality each mouthful and yet so many mixed dinner suggestions to choose from excellent dishes.

Delicious meals

Delicious meals, good portion sizes, and quality ingredients. The deliveries are good and on time. The food is packed nicely and plastic is minimal. I also find the recipe cards easy to follow. Gusto is much better than Hello Fresh.

Worth giving it a go!!

Gousto has been a real help in organising our family meals, including making sure we’re eating more of our 5 a day! Super easy and provides not only the exact amount of ingredients you need but also provides a step by step guide both on paper and on the app! You can’t go wrong. Also, portion sizes are pretty generous!

Seem to just throw the foods in the box…

Seem to just throw the foods in the box on every delivery that is why we have stopped using you after 3 weeks, nice food but to much hassle sorting out ever time a box turns up.
