When will I receive my bonus?

What do I need to wager before I can withdraw any winnings from my bonuses?
To withdraw your winnings from bingo bonuses, you must wager your bonus amount a minimum amount of times:
a. Bingo Bonus must be wagered a minimum of 3 (Three) times. For example, if you receive a bingo bonus of £10, you will be required to wager £10x 3 = £30 on bingo games only.
b. All Games Bonus and must be wagered a minimum of 30 (Thirty) times. For example, if you receive a £10 bonus, you will be required to wager £10 x 30 = £300 on slots games only.
What games can I play to fulfil the bonus wagering requirement?
The Bingo Bonus can only be wagered on bingo tickets, and the All Games Bonus can only be wagered on Mini Games within the Bingo Room, or on games from the Play Slots page. Stakes made on Casino Games, or games from the 'Games' page will not be counted towards the wagering requirements.
Only wagers made on real money games will contribute towards the wagering requirement.
What do I need to do before I can withdraw my winnings from the bonus?
You need to complete the wagering requirement. The bonus shall expire within 7 days after acceptance of the bonus. If wagering has not been completed by then, the entire bonus balance (bonus + pending winnings) shall be removed.
