I've done a withdraw on 09/05/2022 at 00:04 still didn't receive my money and I'm a new customer. They asked for bank statements and after I gave them still nothing. My advice is to stay away from them if they can't even pay me 66£. This is a joke worst site ever.

This is a major rip off site, my dad joined and deposited £10 and got the £50 bingo bonus and free spins on slots, won nothing on bingo and got up to £170 on slots, he went to play the slots again after 48 hours and all his winnings had been removed, after looking for half a hour to find a way to contact them he spoke to an advisor who said he had to fulfill the wagering requirements within 48 hours or the bonus is cancelled, the way they calculate this meant he had to have played £666 within 48 hours before any bonuses could be withdrawn, if he had £666 spare he wouldn't be giving it to an online gambling site nevermind to this bunch of con artists, if anyone reads this and still uses the site then more fool you, neother I or my dad will never use, recommend or even visit this site as long as we have a hole in our bum, PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Felt compelled to write I had a complete different experiences to the reviews.

Found verifying my account much more quick and less invasive than other sites, just bill and one form of ID not payment methods like other sites these days.

Won three bonuses almost straightaway on three games turning £40 to £690 which I withdrew.

Was worried bc of reviews needn’t have been. So made account two days ago, verify and won yesterday, money in bank today.

I played with £60 last night. I deposited £10 and got £50 free.i stayed in the same bingo room and there were approx 150 people playing in there. Anyway, I noticed the same people winning over and over again!!!! So for this reason I'm thinking this is some kind of scam? This is absolutely disgusting and I will NOT be playing here again.

I wish I had read reviews before playing, seems to be same people winning, and customer service is awful, I deposited £5 from my bank account on 8th March which left my bank but even though it said it had gone to Sun it didn't show on my account so was unable to play, I have jumped through hoops to prove it left my account i.e. screenshots. bank statements yet here I am 11 days later still waiting for Sun to find that £5. the way I have been treated is disgusting I am made to feel Ive stolen £50.0000 and its me thats lost the £5, don't join site its too stressful when things go wrong...

Said they believed I could not afford what I was spending! (How do they know that. ?) Asked how much I earnt. Told them It was retired...." Where do you get your money from then?" Told them savings, carers allowance,private pension and inheritance from my mother.......they then demanded I prove all of this by sending bank statements,copies of the will showing my inheritance, and proof of pension and carers allowance. I told them this was none of their business,I would not be providing them this personal information, and closed my account and went elsewhere. How can they justify requesting ALL of my personal financial information.........AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Was a member for 3 months no problems with deposits or withdrawals. Win some money try to withdrawal and I get an email saying need to verify account... 3 months after opening when have been withdrawing and depositing previously no problems. Send passport gas bill and driving licence. Still not verified and won't let me withdraw winnings. I smell con.... Takes your money for a deposit then won't let you withdraw even when sent in 3 forms of valid ID. Avoid. They just want you to deposit and avoid paying out for no good reason.

Hopeless experience. What's worse they restricted my account so I couldn't use my bonus especially when I was asked to prove my identity cause they wanted a perfect photo/scan of my identity document and proof of address. I'm glad all my data are no longer actual (address, bank account) I just abandoned this abysmal looking site long time ago and I regret any sec spent on this. Assistants were even slow answer my questions - on their site and via mail.

Don’t see why everyone is writing bad reviews. I signed up using the £10 free bonus with no deposit needed. Manage to win £40 with it. Needed to spend another £20 to withdraw anything and ended up winning £70 overall. Need to deposit something before you can withdraw anything. So deposited £5 then withdraw it all. Would recommend!
