This is a major rip off site, my dad joined and deposited £10 and got the £50 bingo bonus and free spins on slots, won nothing on bingo and got up to £170 on slots, he went to play the slots again after 48 hours and all his winnings had been removed, after looking for half a hour to find a way to contact them he spoke to an advisor who said he had to fulfill the wagering requirements within 48 hours or the bonus is cancelled, the way they calculate this meant he had to have played £666 within 48 hours before any bonuses could be withdrawn, if he had £666 spare he wouldn't be giving it to an online gambling site nevermind to this bunch of con artists, if anyone reads this and still uses the site then more fool you, neother I or my dad will never use, recommend or even visit this site as long as we have a hole in our bum, PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I've done a withdraw on 09/05/2022 at 00:04 still didn't receive my money and I'm a new customer. They asked for bank statements and after I gave them still nothing. My advice is to stay away from them if they can't even pay me 66£. This is a joke worst site ever.

I played with £60 last night. I deposited £10 and got £50 free.i stayed in the same bingo room and there were approx 150 people playing in there. Anyway, I noticed the same people winning over and over again!!!! So for this reason I'm thinking this is some kind of scam? This is absolutely disgusting and I will NOT be playing here again.

I wish I had read reviews before playing, seems to be same people winning, and customer service is awful, I deposited £5 from my bank account on 8th March which left my bank but even though it said it had gone to Sun it didn't show on my account so was unable to play, I have jumped through hoops to prove it left my account i.e. screenshots. bank statements yet here I am 11 days later still waiting for Sun to find that £5. the way I have been treated is disgusting I am made to feel Ive stolen £50.0000 and its me thats lost the £5, don't join site its too stressful when things go wrong...

My god how poor the payouts on this site. All these sites are the same. Just swallowed your money!! I've just played bingo right..a room with just 12 people in. I've spoken to 6 different customer service people an Sent 10 emails an each time I keep getting palmed off or told I'm the wrong person or that they sent the money when they haven't.
